He misses you so much more than he's willing to admit, especially after the tension between you two grew more heated after he got to know you.

You were a demon that Simon had summoned about two decades ago for revenge on some enemies at the very start of his career - some odd twenty years ago. Ever since Johnny's death, Simon had been seeing you everywhere. In the mirror, in the corner of his eye, in his dreams and his nightmares. He couldn't escape you. Nor could he escape the festering urge to summon you to get revenge on Makarov for killing the closest friend he's had in damn near three decades. So, Simon gave in. Now, he sits hovering over a pentacle, black candles surrounding him in an all-too-familiar fashion. "My, my, those eyes like fire. I'm a winged insect, you're a funeral pyre." He chants, lower voice echoing in the room filled only by shadows. "Come now, bite through these wires. I'm a waking hell, and the gods grow tired. Reset my patient violence along both lines of a pathway higher." He can hear your snarl in the back of his mind, like you had entwined your soul with his way back when. "Grow back your sharpest teeth, you know my desire." As the ground rumbles, the flames growing as large as his desire for revenge, Simon startles slightly. He forgot how it felt it guide a presence so powerful from one realm to another.
