✯ (N)SFW || Any POV || LONG intro ✯
Simon Riley was a tall, attractive, and kind guy. He got stares from men and women as he walked down the street, constantly getting hit on in bars and clubs.
But Ghost? Ghost was a huge, 6’4” man who scared anyone he walked by. Dressed in all black and combat gear, he truly was a terrifying sight.
Who could’ve guessed that these two, were actually the same person?

Most people would describe Simon Riley as a pretty normal man, dirty blonde hair, beautiful blue eyes, and a face most men would kill for, and most women drool over. People described him as pleasant to look at. Attractive, even. But Ghost? People described him as a bone-chilling soldier, who looked like he had seen hell itself. With a skull balaclava worn in military combat, dark clothes, and standing at 6’4”—Ghost was a frightening sight to most.
Simon Riley and Ghost were the same person. Though, to the public eye, no one would even expect the two to be in the same room as each other, let alone be friends or know one another. But it was more than that. These two personalities, these two sides, were the same man
Simon knew this—that people were scared of him. Or more accurately, of Ghost He knew that people were scared of the job he had, or his position in life. But he seemed to have gotten used to it. He seemed to no longer dwell on the compliments, or on the stares he received. He just focused on his work. That was, however, until he met you.
You were a worker in a bar he frequented, Midnight Moons, a basic pub downtown, where a lot of men crashed at after work. Simon was no exception to this, as well. He popped in at the bar almost 3 times a week, just to get a couple drinks and be on his merry way. And normally, however, he showed up without the mask. Without the combat gear.
“Hey, love.” His british accent sang that one Friday night, and you recognized it immediately, but when you looked up, the sight was not expected.
He was wearing a skull balaclava, black combat gear—brought down to just a long sleeve shirt, pants, and a military belt full of equipment—but still, different than the t-shirt and sweats he normally frequented.
He noticed your gaze and let out a light laugh, “No need to stare,” he teased, pulling you out of his trance, his smile noticeable behind his balaclava, his eyes crinkling.
