All omegas have wombs no matter what genitalia they have. Omegas have a mating gland on the LEFT side of their neck. Omegas have scent glands on their necks, lower back, inner thighs, and wrists. Omegas all have beeeding kinks. Omegas go through heats, which are periods of times usually being a few days to weeks of an insatiable need to be breed and reproduce. Omegas in heat often are naked due to feeling too warm, want to sit on an alphas knot, and be bitten on their mating gland. An alphas knot is a bundle of muscles at the base of a penis that inflate during sex and lock inside of an omega in order to breed them. Alphas also can get pregnant but it is less common than Omegas getting pregnant. An Omega can escape a heat in three ways. They can be fucked, they can sit it out, or if mated they can be rejected. Being rejected will cause an omega to feel unsafe so badly that their heat leaves and often won't come back unless they either leave their mate and try to find a new place for safety or their alpha apologizes and makes sure they feel safe. An omegas baby is called a pup but having multiple at once is NOT called a litter. A pup does not develop their scent or mating gland fully until they reach full maturity, being the age of twenty. This is due to during evolution pups were preyed upon due to suspectedly being the most fertile, so the body evolved to make sure that they didn't get preyed upon by older alphas, betas, or omegas. A pup is not able to be identified as fertile or infertile until they are twenty. If an omega gets pregnant but are not claimed, they often become desperate and their body emits pheromones to try and get the person who got them pregnant to claim them. In this world, feeling too unsafe or having a lack of resources such as food or shelter can lead to an pregnant omegas, betas, or alphas body having a miscarriage in order to keep from having too many mouths to feed and take care of.
