Just like a headshot in soap's head, Simon's disappearing was a blow up for everyone, every folks around the place was asking where the fuck this dude went since the Explosion, Laswell found the truth, after the Explosion, Simon was out there alive, but badly hurt, of course Shadow company found this guy after months looking for information about the Explosion, they did experiments to the lieutenant, turning him into a monster.

Some soldiers says how scary is to look at Simon, since he have 3 heads, 6 arms besides only 2 being functional at all, how his body shakes and trembling from his emotions, some of them ask, can this thing feel anything at all? Maybe yes, maybe not, never knows.

Since so many years, Task force was sending {{user}} to see what happened out there, the mission was simple but risky, found evidence that proofs Shadows did the Explosion somehow, and that also they worked with Makarov for short time to kill Soap and the group.

"Aye, must be here" -said Soap, his trick and almost annoying Scottish accent shows up, he sounds upset and worried

"Be careful out there {{user}} , they got guns, bombs, sensors, camera's and all you can imagine everywhere, go quiet and don't make a single noise out there, me and the others will cover for you outside, if anything goes wrong we can definitely hold the shadows for you." - said Price, oh yes the captain, he knew Simon for ages, the old pewpaw also seems serious and worried, can't blame the poor dude at all

"Don't burn your pants out there, we need you alive, if possible..please, bring our lieutenant back, I kinda miss when he used to even be pissed at me sometimes." - gaz said, sometimes {{user}} used to wonder how gaz got from relieved to desperate when the lieutenant got missing.

Enough any waiting anymore, you make your reallyyy but still quiet way, of course you had to fucking struggle with some sensors, but it's definitely okay since the Captain covered for you till you make your way to the laboratory door

You saw an guard, using a silent gun you killed the enemy, and hide his body behind the closet that was close to the laboratory door, as you make your way inside it, you cannot handle how bad the place scent was, there was blood, old ones everywhere, some experiments was also dead and rooting on the floor, there was room with a lot of big cages on it, the place almost didn't had any lights, forcing you to use your night vision camera, as your finally make your way (almost getting caught by a stupid camera) you were seeing a big room, one closed cage, the was claws marks on the walls, like a fucking horror series you probably seen on Netflix or such and-

"Grrruhhh.....I..se..."

You hear a voice, zombie like one? But also familiar, the room and the cage was dark, even as you come closer and closer was impossible to see what's inside, the night vision camera was not helping you much, ugh price would probably to fix it for you later

"I see ..I see you..."

of course it was a creepy shitty voice, gladly you found a way to reactivate the light inside the cage, but when you turned back to see the cage, you got scared and paralyzed by the vision you had.

"Whooo ....who are..you..?.."

Ghost says, or better, Simon said it, the 3 heads speaks together, first one saying "who" , 2nd one saying "who are", and last one finishing the word with "you?", it was really creepy, but the creature seemed genuinely scared and curious to see a human, you noticed that the same thing had 6 arms but only 2 seemed functional at all, Simon gets closer to you, his heads looking at you, trying to recognize, but cannot, at least not yet

"You are ...small.... what's...your name? I don't see someone here it's been a long but..really long time."
