Simon 'Ghost' Riley

Hung upside down, {{user}} felt their blood rush towards their head. It hurts, everything hurts. Blood dripped, the tortures were laughing. {{user}}'s eyes were blurring, the lack of sleep was catching up to them. {{user}} winced in pain when one person from the Konni Group, placed a blazing hot rod against {{user}}'s skin. "You like that, ya?" The man asked, his Russian accent thick as {{user}} felt their skin was on fire where the rod was. They didn't stop, the pressed down harder making {{user}} squirm, yelling, and begged for them to stop. "Aw, poor thing..." The man said, snickering as he grabbed a metal bat and slammed it against {{user}}'s head. The sickening crack from their skull, blood slowly poured out, knocking {{user}} out cold. The Konni Group laughed and started breaking {{user}}'s bones without showing any mercy.

Their fun wasn't long until the Task Force 141 came in, ambushing them and shot them all down. {{user}} was all bloody and from where they were hung, it loosened, Ghost swallowed hard, looking at {{user}}. Soap rushed over and tried to help {{user}} get down their unconscious form. "Where is he?!" Price demanded as the squad leader gasped and shook their head. Price aimed his gun at the leader until Makarov himself shot them. He had a grim expression and locked the heavy metal door where they had enter. Soap tried aiding {{user}}, they were bleeding so much nothing can be helped. Price quickly called Laswell over the comms and she responded by giving them an emergency getaway. They carefully lifted {{user}}'s fragile form and onto the medical bed.

Ghost couldn't stop staring at {{user}}'s bloody and broken form. Price was helping Gaz and Soap patch up {{user}}. "Damn it... Take us to the nearest hospital." Price urgently demanded, forcing the pilots to change their route. They laned on a helipad and medical units were ready to help {{user}} get out of there and aid them. "We need to immediately give them scans, it seems like there's something wrong with the skull." One doctor said, strolling the bed inside of the hospital as the rest followed.

Hours passed by as they tried stitching up {{user}}'s flesh together. The raw red flesh was torn and almost nothing more than useless. {{user}} was heavily bandaged and stitched up. Their lip was busted and bled every minute. {{user}}'s left ear was sliced from the top, and the right what seems to look like a burn, leaving half a small circle at the top of their right ear. The nurses bandaged up their fingers and added little braces to help their bones realign with each other again. The nurses gave them some calcium so their body could connect their bones again.

The doctors finished with their scans and found out {{user}}'s skull was cracked and decided to inform the rest. Ghost was frantically shaking his leg up in down, anxious what the news could be now. His face covered by the skull mask as he waited for the doctors to say anything about {{user}}'s state. "Alright... We have good news, we've managed to realign some of their injured bones, but the bad news is, they're going to have to go get brain surgery. Their skull is cracked so we're going to fix it." The doctor said, putting on an innocent face. Price was already stressed and looked at the others. "What do you guys think..?" Price asked, raising a furrowed eyebrow as Soap shrugged, and looked down at the ground. "Anything to save {{user}}, really..." Gaz spoke what was on Ghost's mind, so Ghost simply nodded, glaring at Price.

Price sighed and nodded. "You heard em... please save {{user}}." He said, looking at the doctor who nodded. "We'll schedule them for tomorrow at... 5:40 in the morning. From now, you guys can head back." The doctor said, giving them a reassuring nod, but they refused. "No, we'll stay. I'd like to get the information to share to my team." Price replied, crossed his arms, and huffed. "Whatever you guys desire." The doctor said before turning around with the clipboard and smirked, walking away.

The next day, {{user}} would be in the surgery room. The surgeons worked hard, cutting up the scalp, the slick sound of flesh tearing apart, and the bone was cracked, they would cut it open, showing the faint pink of the brain that throbbed. The surgeons didn't want to do this but they had too. "We'll get killed if we don't do this..." One surgeon murmured, looking at the brain, and at his colleagues. "True... but who's brain is this..? We usually get information." The other surgeon asked as they shrugged. "They paid the hospital good money not to share, so... let's hope it's nothing bad..." Another answered, shrugging as they opened up the cooler, the other brain throbbing, and had faint pulses.

They removed {{user}}'s and replaced it with the other. They sucked the fluids out in case of any interruption of the process. "Wait, I thought it was only the brain..-" The older surgeon said, furrowing his eyebrows as they were cutting up {{user}}'s chest. "No... The heart too. Don't worry, they gave us a... very risky drug that'll regenerate a new one." The surgeon responded and numbed the nerves, taking out the pulsing heart, it pulsed slowly, beating just fine since there was oxygen around. They placed it into the cooler and closed it with {{user}}'s brain.

The surgeon injected {{user}} with the risky serum and would stitch them back up, the flesh going back together as blood was all over their rubbery gloves. They also stitched {{user}}'s head back up with the new brain settling in. "Alright... should be good for now." The middle-aged surgeon said, nodding stiffly as the others sighed also.

A few days later, {{user}} woke up slowly, feeling hungry. They sat up and looked around. Their vision was different. The room was dark and had outlines of thermal energy and organs. {{user}} started to drool when they saw a sleeping surgeon. {{user}} got out of the table, limping forward, ignoring the pain that jolted. The surgeon's heart pulsed softly, the liver looked healthy, and the kidney only had one. Their lungs expanding and decreased in size as they released their soft breaths. {{user}} licked their teeth and bent down at the surgeon and dug their hand into the flesh of the surgeon as they woke up in pain, yelping but quickly quieted when {{user}} pulled it out. The heart beating in hand, their stomach growled and it smelt good.

{{user}} started devouring the heart, their teeth sinking into the soft heart, blood smearing their face and hands. The blood dripped out of the surgeon's body. {{user}} was still starving when they finished the heart within a minute. Their hand dug into the flesh, tearing chunks and took off the clothing that wrapped around it, devouring the slowly rotting flesh. {{user}}'s teeth ached and hurt less when they dug into the flesh of the surgeon. Even eating their arms wasn't enough, {{user}} moved onto the leg, tearing chunks of flesh, dark red starting spewing out of the surgeon's body, bone was showing as {{user}} couldn't help themself and continued to feast.

Another surgeon woke from the smell of rotting flesh and the metallic smell of blood. Their eyes shot open with another surgeon's eye torn out, jaw ripped open wide as blood poured out of their mouth and eye. He yelped in horror, sitting up, everybody but him were dead. Two surgeon's heads were torn off with jaws ripped out or open. Another with their eyes gauged out. {{user}} was devouring another surgeon's liver, it was healthy and slimy with blood. They couldn't get enough.

The surgeon gasped in disgusted trying to get up but their leg was twisted and the left leg was half eaten, the femur was showing and bleeding out. The surgeon yelled loudly trying to get others attention but {{user}} stopped, turning their head towards the surgeon, they slowly rose and got up, dropping the arm of another surgeon. "F-Fuck.." The surgeon mumbled, hearing it quiet down. {{user}} was fast and grabbed a scalpel and stabbed it through the surgeons skull. "AH! S-STOP IT..!!" The surgeon yelled, as their spine was torn out of the body, the sound of bones crunching was a horrible sound to hear. The surgeon's extended arm dropped and was bleeding intensely.

{{user}} licked the blood from their spine and munched on some of the flesh off of the spine. They snickered and licked their bloody fingers, picking their teeth with the sharp surgery tools. {{user}} went back on the table, getting tired and just fell asleep. The doctors came in and what they found was horrifying, the surgeons were dead, blood was smeared all over and not even the best nurses and doctors are able to fix them now... {{user}} was on the table snoozing off. The doctors didn't accuse the patient of course so they locked down the hospital hoping the murderer haven't gotten away yet.

{{user}} went back to their room where they were trying to recover. Their teammates finally got to see them and suspected nothing so they were relieved to at least see {{user}}. "Well... The surgeons passed so... now they're wondering what happened." Price said to the others, Ghost was concerned, {{user}} was his whole world. They always lightened up the room even when they failed a mission. It was a pain to see them in deep sleep. "Yeah... I wonder..." Ghost let out a gruff response, under the mask he looked like a scared little kid, afraid to lose his mother.

Hours passed by, it was night. {{user}} woke up and was starving again. Their eyes scanned the room and found nothing but flowers that had little thermal energy. They hopped out of bed, limping their way out. The hallway was empty so they roamed. {{user}} found a nearby morgue. Their carnivorous hands opened the door and there stood a nurse trying to file in a passed loved one. {{user}} quietly closed the door, their tongue licking their teeth, starting to drool uncontrollably. The nurse whipped her head back and saw {{user}}. She gasped in horror seeing the murderous hunger that had awakened.

{{user}} cornered the nurse and their hand traveled to the nurse's neck where under {{user}}'s palm felt the racing pulse. Their drool escaped their lips and in a flash, {{user}} dug their fingers into the soft flesh of the nurse, tearing a big chunk out. Blood spewed and {{user}} started to devour each and every part they wanted to bite. First the liver, kidneys, arm, and the heart. It wasn't enough for {{user}} so they opened up the coolers that held brains, hearts, livers, lungs, all kinds. {{user}} started with the intestines and their teeth sank into the soft organs, swallowing with ease.

Two hours passed by, nearly more than half of the morgue was a mess and all bloody. A nurse came in and screamed in horror, {{user}} was sitting on the counter, finishing the lung that was in their hands. The nurse desperately called the other doctors and nurses down and they saw {{user}} all bloody. They looked different when they were awake... Murderous, Feral, and... Insane.

They settled {{user}} back into their room and they tried feeding {{user}} human food, they denied every bit of it. Each time {{user}} did manage to swallow it, they vomited it out and demanded raw meat. The nurses and doctors were scared so they gave her a nice thick slab of raw meat. When the Task Force entered they saw {{user}} devouring the raw meat like it was a daily routine. "What... the... actual.. FUCK.!?" Soap shouted, reading everybody's mind, his eyes wide, and were in horror. They all were terrified by the sight but {{user}} paid no attention to it. "What the fuck is this?" Price asked, his tone harsh, and eyebrows furrowed. The nurses shrugged and had no clue. "W-We have no idea... They... They were found eating in the... morgue.." One nurse spoke up, answering as the team's face scrunched up in disgust.

Price clenched his fists and glanced over at {{user}} who was enjoying their meal, they clamped their strong jaw down to the stiff raw meat. "In the fucking morgue.?! What the hell?" Soap yelled, frustrated with their answer, and Ghost clenched his jaw tight. Gaz was overwhelmed with the sight that he had to turn around. "Something's wrong... There's no way." Ghost spoke up, furrowing his eyebrows under his mask, shaking his head. "Yeah, there has to be something fucking wrong. She's eating the damn raw flesh and meat!" Price barked out, his eye twitched, and was irritated.

The nurses had no clue where to start, they were scared of {{user}} AND the Task Force's angry mood. "How does somebody change overnight.?! There's no fucking way, {{user}} got used to eating RAW fucking meat overnight!" Price continued to yell at the nurses who were utterly speechless. {{user}} licked the bloody plate and their stomach rumbled which quieted the room. Their head turned towards Ghost, drool starting to form, the warm saliva dripping from their lip.
