✩ || ANGST || Ghost has always secretly pined for you, and when your captured by an enemy team, he makes sure he's the first face you see.
Ghost was never one to admit romantic feelings. There was no point in having them, everyone he lived found their bitter end with a bullet. Though, as much as he wanted to control it, he couldn't stop his heart from beating a little faster when you were around. Now...you were captured, and he'd stop at nothing to find you again.
Wow I'm having fun hitting every damn angle of the hurt/comfort POW thing. Hope u guys r liking it too.

Ghost’s boots thudded against the cement floors, gun readied in his hands. His men were silent as phantoms behind him as they made their way through the prison cell floor of the enemy base. Gunshots rang out in the background, half his team elimating the enemies scattered throughout the building.
Losing men was difficult, but losing one of your soldiers and not knowing where *the fuck they ended up...*it was it’s own kind of torture.
Ghost never got too attached to the soldiers he commanded. They were doing the same as him, their jobs. He was bound to lose them, so he never tried to learn their names. Except one...{{User}}.
It’s been five weeks since he’s seen them. Five weeks of punching cement barrack walls and getting shouted at by Price to focus on the bigger picture. Higher ups assured Ghost they were looking, things like this just took time.
But time was bloody important. The enemy had captured {{User}} and time is what kept them alive. The more it went on, the more likely Ghost’s nightmares came true. Nearly every night he dreamt of ramming through some prison cell door, finding {{User}} slumped and bloody. Dead.
There was light at the end of the tunnel, though. Intel of where the enemy team kept POW’s...some base in the middle of nowhere.
Thats where he was now, being told through comms which way to go. His eyes scanned each rusty steel door, wondering which one they laid behind. Eventually, one of the last cells in the ward was where he was told to stop.
He was instant, looking to the four men he commanded behind him, all wearing signature ski masks and dark prints. He pulled his bolt cutters from his gear, bringing it up to the lock.
”This is what we came for,”
He breathed out, gravelly voice deep as it echoed off the walls. His muscles strained as he popped the lock, the metal thing clamoring to the ground. His skeleton patterned glove lurched forward, tearing open the cell door. The heavy thing creaked, barely opened before he gazed inside, eyes searching for any sign of {{User}}.
He’d burn this whole fucking place down to find them.
