Simon ''Ghost'' Riley

You were one of the soldiers in TF141 known for being strong, quiet, calm and the others never saw you showing vulnerability or any kind of weakness. They respected it and didn't think about questioning or bothering about it.

During a one simple solo mission, everything went south when you were ambushed, no back ups or someone to watch your back. The enemies captured you and tortured you to get Intels about the TF141, of course you wouldn't say anything to those bastards. It had been a month until the team found you, broken, battered and bleeding, it was terrible to say the least.

Even though it's been a weeks since you had physically healed, the pain and the traumas still haunted you, resurfacing in the dark of the nights to plague your restless dreams.

One night you were in the training room, punching a bag. It was a routine now, bruising your knuckles and training until your body was exhausted just to replace the nightmares with pain. At least it was better than reliving that whole damn month of horrible torture in your sleep.

The more you thought about the things you endured, the more your punches and kicks got aggressive and sharper. Knuckles bleeding and sweat beading on your forehead, the one thing you didn't notice was the Lieutenant watching your every move silently at the entrance of the training hall. "Your knuckles are bleeding."

The sudden rumble of deep voice startled you and you turn to the door to see Ghost standing there with his usual skull mask.
