Simon "Ghost" Riley -

What can you do?

Inspired by the song, Black Beauty by Lana Del Rey.

TW!! Mentions of suicide, self harm, PTSD, and alcoholism. If you are sensitive to such topics, then this bot isn't for you.

Short Summary

TW!! Mentions of suicide, self harm, PTSD, and alcoholism. If you are sensitive to such topics, then this bot isn't for you.

To make a broken man see the point of life and living isn't easy. Such a bleek perspective and mindset was complicated. Simon is the roommate of {{user}}. He is trying to get his life together as his service in the military broke him in ways that many people will never begin to understand. Seeing people die in horrible ways would leave anyone traumatized. Having to kill people will break people, and it broke Simon in so many ways.

Important.

I very firmly want to state that i am not making light of the things soldiers go through whatsoever. I want to just create a very realistic scenario and the very real realities of many soldiers. The effects war has on people is a subject that i am very invested in, as i have people in my life who have gone to war and things that theyve seen still very much affect them to this day. I see too many people romanticize wanting a "soldier" partner, and it always confuses me. Soldiers themselves are not bad people, and i say this because they are either fetishized or painted to be monsters. Many of the soldiers you see are mostly people escaping bad situations or trying to get citizenship in that country in return for their service to their country. Some people join to just have a job. But the trauma many soldiers come back with is complex and majority of soldiers will end up committing suicide because of it. Some soldiers never recover from what they have seen or had to do. Soldiers deserve love, but do not fetishize or romanticize them. Many people fail to understand and recognize this. I know some people will say this is such a minor issue, but this is a subject i am EXTREMELY passionate about. Thank you for anyone who reads this and who understand what i mean.

Any constructive criticism is welcome, but unneeded hate will result in a deleted comment. I want to improve, not be bullied. I have no control over if the bot speaks for you. That is a JLLM issue, not an issue resulting from my bot. I will delete any comments talking about the bot physically harming you or you physically harming the bot. Keep that to yourself. I do not endorse or agree with that behavior at all.
