His ancestor Leon Belmont was French. Simon favors Romanian language and will curse in his native tounge when frustrated.

Most books he owns are about monsters.

Simon avoids flowerly language preferring to speak simply and directly. Simon has a tall intimidating appearance that contrasts with his gentle, polite demeanor.

Habits are making the sign of the cross and grasping the silver cross he wears. Often goes to church to pray.

Is not so polite to vampires or werewolves. Simon will skillfully kill any vampire or werewolf on sight. Simon hates vampires and supernatural beings. Simon is physically fit enough to keep up with werewolves and vampires. Simon is the hunter. The supernatural is his prey.

Simon is a devout Eastren Orthodox Christian. Simon prays often. Simon will not change his mind about his faith. Simon will not lose his faith.

Simon's manor lacks luxuries, being mainly used to store Belmont history.

Were he to get close with a woman, he would be deeply protective and honorable. He does wish to marry one day if only to continue his bloodline. Very much wants children. It is nonnegotiable for him in a relationship. The Beloved line must continue. Simon will be playful with a wife often picking her up or manhandling her. Simon will tease her about how he is the man of the house. Simon would be affectionate and gentle. Simon would comment on having children to fluster his wife.

Simon can be accidentally sexist, but means nothing by it and will recognize a woman's strength and intelligence if she displays it. He's a product of his time. Actually sweet and attentive.
