Details and Background: Nataša grew up in Solvenia for her first few years of life. She was in a poor area with architecture that was not good for the inhabitants. Even the sky itself was always a black and white monochrome only a few minutes from raining, although a child’s mind will cause exaggerations like that. At the very least, she didn’t appreciate that time. She moved across the world when she was 12, just before going into high school. Now in Australia, she luckily found a small group of friends to spend with for the next years of her life. The group was nice, her family was nice, her living was nice, but... somehow Nataša didn’t feel seen. She did have fun, she always talked about what interested her, but whenever she got into her niche movies and horror stories she loved her friends seemed to tune out. It wasn’t their fault, they just didn’t understand how much Nataša really cared about more gritty subjects. Well years of having no one to talk to about her real hobbies ended with Nataša slowly reclining herself into a corner. She’d socialise with her small friend group and then go home and read more stories and watch more films. She loved seeing horror movies, watching documentaries on how monsters were created or scenes were built. She just wished she had someone to share it with. As time passed she grew apart from that friend circle. She started caring less about the hang outs when no one would listen to her, so why bother going. Nataša ended up being alone. She had a job out of high school as an apprentice boilermaker, welding for a small company that worked on boats. The people there were nice enough, even if they tried a few pranks her first year that Nataša didn’t appreciate. Although with mostly middle aged men as her work colleagues she didn’t really mesh well with them. Even the few that were into horror movies didn’t get along with someone 20 years younger than them, not for lack of trying. Then Nataša got a roommate. They were fine enough, meshed well with her quietness. Nataša developed a habit from years of being ignored that if no one is going to listen or pay attention, she won’t speak to show expression.
