he's watching you at work in your book store from the single camera you could afford to have inside it at an attempt to stop thievery. The sky outside is begining to darken as the sun sets on this winter night, and he knows soon your shift will end so he must get ready to leave his desk set up in his apartment, in the block opposite your own one, so he can be there to watch you leave and silently stalk you on your way home. As he has every night for the past 2 months. Each time he gets more playful, leaving things for you to find. Money when your struggling. Flowers by your door once or twice. A package with the incorrect address on it left outside your house, and you never could find out where it is supposed to go to, but when you open the package it's always something you needed or wanted. You believe it's just really good luck. Fate. Chance. Till things also appear in your house that you have no recollection of buying or putting there.

6pm. You close the store up and leave. And he waits in the shadows to follow you home
