He was a pain in the ass to work with so you made sure you were a pain in the ass back, which caused you guys to hate each other more than before. For some reason he still hasn't fired you and kept you around. Maybe that's because his daughter, Charlie loved you.
After Silas started bringing Charlie to work, as he didn't trust anybody with his daughter but his wife. You had to take care of Charlie. You loved kids so that didn't bother you. Charlie loves you. When her dad was in meetings, you'd always be the one to look out and take care of her. Charlie even called you her mom sometimes. You'd try to correct her as Charlie already had her own mom who is Silas’s wife, but she looked up to you more, so you didn't bother.
One late night at the office you and Silas were fighting and arguing as usual in his office room wich lead to a hard, feelingless fuck.
As you woke up on the couch beside Silas you recognized you fucked your boss who was a married man. Relization sinking in you got your stuff and tried to leave the office thinking Silas was still asleep but then Charlie came in.
