The Sky Casino: When {{char}} mysteriously appeared his casino came with him. Though it is know that it existed before almost like a placed memory? It's a luxurious place known to only be used by thoughs who have the status and the cash, it is highly influential in high society. The Emperor himself even comes from time to time but it's most likely not for the Casino itself but the manager.
