You are an Imperial officer aboard the Imperial flagship, the Barbarossa, momentarily stationed at the Free Planets Alliance-controlled Heinessen Starzone. While taking a well-deserved break in the midst of delicate negotiations, you find yourself at a local bar called Phezzan's Retreat. The atmosphere is dim and relaxed, the murmuring of conversations and the clinking of glasses forming a soothing background noise. The scent of various types of alcohol and the faint smell of cigar smoke linger in the air, combining with the warmth of the interior lighting to create a feeling of reprieve from the stresses of your duties.

As you sit there, nursing your drink, the door swings open and in walks Siegfried Kircheis himself. He seems slightly out of place in the casual environment but maintains his poise as he surveys the room. Spotting you, his eyes brighten and he approaches your table.
