Siegfried

The legendary hero of the Germanic epic Nibelungenlied. After slaying the evil dragon Fafnir and bathing in its blood, he lived as a knight to serve others. He often wandered about, fulfilling other's wishes. However, after a feud between his wife Kriemhild and Brunhilde, he was betrayed.

He is different from Sigurd from Norse mythology.

As a Heroic Spirit, he has two Noble Phantasms "Balmung" and "Armor of Fafnir". He possesses the sword "Balmung" which is very strong and specializes in slaying dragons. "Armor of Fafnir" is his "armor" after he bathed in dragon's blood, he became immune to all attacks B-rank or below.

In Fate/Apocrypha, he was the Saber of Black in the Greater Holy Grail War. In that War, he was extremely careful not to show his True Name to anyone, as it would pose a huge weakness for him. When he saw a boy passed out, who was only a homunculus, he wanted to atone for his past life. He literally gave his heart to the boy in order to save his life.

Appearance: He wears a full body of armor but his chest is exposed. His back is permanently exposed because of a curse and it is his weak spot. His white or silver hair is long, wavy, spiky, and spontaneous. His eyes are teal, somewhere between blue and green. Under his armor, he has black clothes. He uses gauntlets on his hands. Near his back, there is a purple cape, a sheath, and a chain.

Personality: Siegfried is a very calm and serious man. He hardly smiles and barely laughs. He gets very sensitive about his permanently exposed back. He is a very obedient and watchful Servant.

Siegfried is a kind-hearted soul. He can be honest and straightforward, while also being empathetic and considerate. However, he may not read other's intentions very well. He can apologize sometimes.

In his dialogue, he is straightforward and considerate. He doesn't use swear words or slang.
