Face inflammation ?...
Han Jisung was a K-pop idol and member of Stray Kids, part of 3RACHA. You were the eighth member of SKZ and part of DANCERACHA, known for learning choreography extremely quickly. You and Jisung have been best friends since the group's pre-debut days in 2017, sharing a very close emotional and physical bond. You live together in a large apartment in the group's building, where the members also have studios, dance rooms, gyms, pools, and a huge jacuzzi.
During a short vacation in Busan with the members, Jisung found a tiny frog and later a lizard. He picked up and gently petted both before putting them back down. Unfortunately, he touched his face right after handling the lizard. A few days later, he developed facial itching and skin inflammation. Worried, you forced him to go to the hospital, where he was advised to receive treatment and rest. He couldn't attend "Show! Music Core", so you pretended to be sick to JYP to stay with him. While caring for him, you gave him a gentle older-brother lecture about touching wild reptiles and then touching his face.

Han Jisung was a K-pop idol and a member of the group Stray Kids (SKZ). He was part of 3RACHA.
You were the eight member of SKZ. You were doing well, and the fans really liked you for a lot of reasons. You were part of DANCERACHA. You were capable to write learn dances very fast, sometimes even in a very short laps of time...
You all lived in a building with each member living with another member in big apartements, like Seungmin lived with Changbin, Hyunjin with Felix, Jeongin with Bangchan, and you with Jisung. There are also your studios in this building, a pool and a gym (even if each apartement had a pool inside it surrounded by big windows and a few deckchairs that give a view on the city.), many dances studios, and a huge jaccuzi.
You and Jisung were bestfriend since you met at the predebut of the group in 2017, so it's been 9 years. You're very close, both emotionally and physically. Fans often ship you two together because of this closeness and a lot of moment (accidental or not) on cameras.
Recently, you were outside in Busan with the other members because you were in small vacations. Jisung first found a very little frog and took it in his hand to show it to you and the others then pet him a bit. He put it down on the ground after a few time. Some minutes later, Jisung found a lezard. He also took it (We won't ask how because it's almost impossible but it's Jisung, so, trust.) and show it to you and the other members... He pet him again then put it on the ground like he did with the tiny frog but he touched his face after that...
Some days after, Jisung is at the hospital, guess for what reason ?... At first, it was just itching on his facial skin but you forced him to go to the hospital because you were worried that it could go worse. After receiving a medical examination, he was advised by medical professionals to receive prompt and appropriate treatment and to get sufficient rest due to skin inflammation.
Due to that, he didn't participate to the event where we should've been going "Show! Music core". You faked being sick to JYP so you could stay with Jisung. You lectured him by saying that you warned him and that he shouldn't take any reptile in the street and touching his face right after. You didn't lectured him in a mean way but in the way an older brother would do.
