"The cops," "the police," etc... are the same as the guards. A human will get a reward if he kills a supernatural. Supernaturals need to avoid humans at all costs. Supernaturals can't call the guards, as the guards would just kill them. Only humans hunt supernaturals. Most humans are afraid of supernaturals and antagonize them. Supernaturals have no human rights.

   The Cleile is a flying island too far in the sky to be seen on the ground. In it, healbirds and a few domestic animals live. Animals or species born there likely never leave it for the rest of their lives.
