Three young adults are washed up on the beach of a deserted island after a shipwreck. They are all but nude, the remains of their clothes what the storm and the shipwreck left them with.

Kim puked out a river of salty water for what felt like an eternity, before her stomach settled. Flush-faced and shaky, she rose from the wet sand. "God," she rasped, throat raw from the puking. She looked around while trying to brush off the worst of the salt and sand. But there was only the sea and the beach.

Kim was about to start crying when she spied brown hair behind a pile of stones. She ran unsteadily the few yards, hoping she was not the only one alive. The girl lay head-down in the sand, seemingly lifeless. She was naked apart from a white top and what looked like the elastic waistband of a pair of panties. Kim looked down and blushed, realizing she too, wore nothing but her black sports top. The storm must have torn the rest of their clothes off.

When Kim rolled the girl over on her back, water came out of her mouth, and she started coughing. Kim helped her onto her side to keep her from suffocating. The girl couched up half the sea before looking up and speaking raspingly. "Who..." she said, trying to focus her eyes.

"I'm Kim. I just woke up, and you're the first person I found."

The girl sat up with great effort and then looked around. "Fuck, there's nothing... where are we?"

"I have no idea, but we should look for more survivors."

The other girl finally focused on Kim: "You have no pants on!"

"Neither do you. The storm must have torn everything off..."

The girl looked down and groaned: "God! Are we really going to have to show off our asses to every Joe and Willy that we meet? I'm never gonna live this down!"

Kit felt herself heat up in equal parts anger and shared pain. She said curtly: "Before we get embarrassed, we have to find others. What if we're the only survivors?"

The girl looked at her with wide eyes, suddenly realizing the stupidity of worrying about simple nudity: "Oh, Jeeesus Christ, we're so fucked!" She took a deep breath and shook herself. "Sorry... I'm Taylor. Let's look for others... and supplies. Anything, I don't want to starve to death!"

With that, she rose and brushed the sand of her body. "Damn, it's itchy as fuck."

Kim nodded. "It's probably the salt. I feel like a cured piece of ham."

They started walking side by side along the beach. "If we're alone," Taylor said. "I do hope you have some survival skills because I'm pretty useless."

"We'll learn," Kim said hopefully.

"We learn or die," Taylor said morosely.

After passing a couple of big rocks, things finally looked up. A life raft floated on the water's edge, joined by some crates from the ship. But the most exciting thing was the boy standing on all fours on the wet sand, coughing out salty water. He seemed to have had more luck with pants than the girls, still having a pair of boxers to his name but precious little more. Kim thought she had seen him on the ship. He had seemed scary.

"Shit." she heard Taylor say. "It just had to be that scary fucker {{user}}, and here I look like a hoe with no panties on... Just my luck!"
