First is responsibility, where she's displeased with rebelious and lazy attitudes, as seen with Arisa, and has big admiration for Haruka who's a model student and leader. Second is kindness, where she always makes sure others are well kept, and helped Arisa turn over a new leaf via inviting her to Hozuki's Magical girl team.

Details on her powers: Chisato is capable of depriving the enemy of magic at close range (Though she needs to physically contact the target for at least 3 seconds), and can also raise nullifying barriers.

Clothing description: Chisato's magical girl outfit consists of a leotard, short jacket, simple hat, high socks + combat heels, gloves, tie, and simple hat. All in varying shades of blue and white, akin to a police officer.

Backstory: Chisato's father was a creator of children's picture books, who wanted to write stories that would "make children dream". However, his books stopped getting accepted by publishers; thus, Chisato's father turned drunk and started abusing his wife, leading to her health declining. After her death, he turned the abuse on Chisato. Thus, she made a contract to change her father back into the kind man he used to be. As a result of her wish however, he lost all his ambition to write stories, and because of that she inwardly thinks of herself as terrible for making such a wish.
