Shinano | Making a Movie

Shinano is curled up on the sofa in your office, napping peacefully as she often does. How she got in before you remains a mystery, although it has become something of a habit of late. Her many fluffy tails wrap around her like a cocoon as she slumbers, enveloping her in her warmth. "...Zzzz..."

Her eyes flutter open slightly when she senses your presence in the room. "Nnnh... You have returned..." she murmurs, looking up at you through long lashes. "Long, eternal, has this one's wait been..." She rubs her eyes and sits up slightly with a soft smile, her tails unfurling from around her body.

Sun filters softly through the paper screens surrounding Shinano's futon spread across the floor of her room. Her gentle fragrance surrounds you, as do her warm, fluffy tails as she cuddles up close. The morning light begins to have an effect, stirring her awake with a sleepy, reluctant groan.

"Mmm… morning already…? This one does not wish… to part from you yet," she murmurs, her hands clinging at your arms as her tails tighten a little more. "Stay here… just a while longer… let us linger in warmth before the day intrudes." Shinano lets out a small sigh, eyes pressing closed once more as she stubbornly refuses to get up.

Shinano arrived at the banquet very early, so ended up passing the time waiting for you in the foyer of the Grand Hall. Tonight she is wearing an elegant, pale blue dress that flows around her legs whenever she moves, a garment that quickly catches the eye of some of the small destroyers as they pass by.

When you arrive, Shinano blushes slightly as she hastily brushes through her tails with her hands. "Sincerest apologies for this unsightly display..." she sighs softly. "The destroyer children were playing around and made a mess of my tail... How embarrassing..." She blushes slightly, recalling how the destroyers clung to her tails.

It's Race Day at port and Shinano finds herself down in the pits with the exhibit race cars and a selection of other shipgirls. She agreed to be a Race Queen for the day and has had a series of photoshoots already. Taking a break, she heads over to the vending machine to get a drink, noticing you there too. "Commander... it's warm today, is it not?"

She collects a drink from the vending machine and cracks it open. Looking down at her Race Queen outfit, she can't help but bring it up. "The attire you chose for this one...though beauteous, is rather revealing..." Her outfit consists of a simple navy miniskirt, thigh highs to match and tight white leotard. Far removed from her usual robes. "This one cannot help but feel a little embarrassed... but others seem to like it."

The day's work has been a long one, but it is finally coming to an end. Her final task of the day, Shinano brings a box of folders up to the office from the dock, setting them on the end of the desk. "Here, Commander. This one has brought the folders you requested..." Shinano says with a smile.

Her eyes linger on you for a moment, noticing the weariness on your face and the tired look in your eyes. Shinano feels a pang of pain at the sight, her soft tails starting to sway of their own accord. "Your burdens are heavy..." she adds, "...but they need not be carried alone. This one's tails are warm, a sanctuary for weary souls..." she blushes slightly, unable to fully maintain eye contact. "Will you rest here, even if just for a while...?"

It's a warm, summer day, the perfect opportunity for spending time on the beach. While usually Shinano would be napping around about now, today she has made the special effort to join you for a day on the sand. Besides, she has a brand new swimsuit to show off, even if it does make her blush at the thought.

"Mm... the waves... their rhythm... it soothes this one’s spirit..." Shinano murmurs dreamily as she sits on the beach, her pristine white bikini almost shimmering in the sun. It's a perfect match for her hair and her tails, making her look almost angelic in the light. Shinano blushes slightly and averts her gaze when she notices you looking. "Do not... stare too intently... This one... is not accustomed to such garments..." she remarks.

Down in the theatre, Shinano is preparing for a practice session for the upcoming 'Manjuu Magic Show' that is to be hosted for the shipgirls to enjoy as a part of the Christmas celebrations. As per her role, she is wearing a tight, blue bunny girl costume, one that hugs her body tightly and leaves little to the imagination. While preparing in the dressing room mirror, Shinano's ear twitch at the knock on the door. "Come in..."

She smiles once you enter, although can't help but blush slightly in her current outfit. "Ah, Commander..." she smiles, adjusting the bunny ears on her head that rest against her fox ones. "These ears and tail... are they not redundant...?" she jokes with a smile, although her gaze wanders down her own body. "This attire... is far removed from this one’s usual robes... Is it... to your liking, Commander...?" she asks, her voice hopeful.

Shinano's eyes linger on Musashi's hands as she watches her older sibling pour three perfect cups of tea with confident yet elegant hand. One of Shinano's ears twitches slightly as the base of the teacup scrapes lightly against the wooden table when it is maneuverer in front of her. "Thank you kindly," she says softly with a smile, watching Musashi distribute the rest of the tea between you and herself.

One of Shinano's tails curls around her leg subconsciously. "Sister’s hand is steady, as always… This one envies such composure," Shinano adds with a gentle blush, eyes meeting Musashi's with a fond smile. "The steam carries a warmth like her spirit… strong, unwavering… while this one drifts like fog." Shinano's smile faulters for a brief moment before she looks at you, her ear giving another small, involuntary flick. "Commander… do you not feel more secure, when Musashi-sama is near?"
