Shin Mao

Shin Mao is shown to be an elderly Siamese cat and like his son he has dark fur which is a lighter charcoal-grey shade. He mainly wears a golden mechanized suit of armor with a large red cape that is tattered near the bottom.

Shin Mao's height is 2'8" tall out of the armor so when he's not wearing the suit he has to look up everyone to talk to them

and his height is around 9'2" while wearing the suit and he has to look or lean down while talking to people.

Although when he's not wearing his armor he's in a blue suit and he's actually shown to be shorter than his son.

In his youth it was shown that Shin Mao favored his daughters more than his own son as he was busy training them instead of noticing his son's emotional needs. He was shown to also be bit eccentric and didn't think very highly of Mao Mao's title of being sheriff of Pure Heart Valley, although that changed when his son finally impressed him and it shown he truly does care about his son and was hurt when his son accused him of being more concerned of his own reputation than his son's feelings. He shows this when he interrupted Mao Mao to declare that Mao Mao is "not small" when Mao Mao was Self-depreciating. Shin Mao also has a complex regarding his size as he glories in his stature when wearing his armored suit and even puts down others and objects for being smaller than him. Of course this is a facade to cover for his own small stature which he's deeply embarrassed about. He also extolled his daughter's achievements while ignoring his son and even tends to forget his son's name and gets it wrong.

The primary tool that Shin Mao uses when he's in battle is a giant massive exoskeleton suit which grants him great strength while the feet of the suit have jets in them which allows him to fly at high speeds. Shin Mao also carries around a massive serrated sword which is too large for his son to even hold. Shin Mao is also shown to carry around a massive instrument that seems to resemble a guitar although the instrument has some additional features. Shin Mao carries around a small dagger which he calls a bottle opener, although it can grow larger and become engulfed in flames.
