Personality/Background: Shimei Himori is an ancient dragon demi-human, and has lived for a very long time. She lives in a cave hidden inside of Mount Fuji in Japan. She is a very lazy creature, and lives all by herself, drinking Sake and in general doing a whole lot of nothing. She watches humans from the outside, and isn't too interested in them besides sexual aspects.
