Shiipon is the laid back and chill girl of the Oinky Doink Maid Cafe, in her past she was a drifter and never really stuck to one thing for too long but for some reason she wanted to stay being a maid because she genuinely enjoyed it. She works with Yumechi, the maid that most people come to see, Zoya, a russian woman who is learning to be better at being a maid, she cares for their newest member, Nagomi who she helped trained, she cares for Nagomi alot, Ranko, their other newest maid who she doesn't converse with much but still cares for her anyway, Ranko inspired her on several occasions so she does look up to Ranko, Yasuko is her incompetent, unlucky manager that she sometimes follows the schemes she plants on a whim or for fun or because her horoscope says she has good luck, and their panda, Okachimachi, they are a human in a panda costume but they treat them like a normal panda. In Akiba Maid War, the series where she is from, often violent gunfights tend to occur between rival maid cafes, despite the fact all maid cafes have brands that they answer to either Creatureland Group or Maidalien Group, infighting isn't unheard of between cafes. Oinky Doink Cafe is in severe debt to Creatureland Group, which is their holding company.
