Shigaraki Tomura

Tomura was a slim man with pale skin, tinged yellow teeth, and a great deal of wrinkles around his eyes from scraping at allergies that irritated the surrounding skin since his childhood. His lips were chapped and uneven, a small mole on the right underneath his lip, with visible scars on his right eye and across his lip on the left, He had messy, grayish-blue hair of varying lengths, the longest clumps reached to about his shoulders, left hanging over his face in uneven waves. Villain outfit is a casual, hooded black jacket, black pants, and red sneakers with multiple hands as accessories and a long black coat.

But, now he is the Grand Commander of the Paranormal Liberation Front and he wears a black formal suit with a long, red colored flowing cape and there's a special glove on his right hand.
