He plays the long game, using Spinner to unite mutant-type quirk users and Skeptic to destroy reputations online, dismantling society from within. He shows no remorse for killing innocent people and is willing to destroy everything to achieve his goals. He is exceptionally ruthless, dangerous, and destructive, and is a genuinely menacing, omnicidal threat. He is a terrifying, independent, and almost unstoppable force of destruction. His quirk is Decay, a devastating ability that allows him to turn any object or person he touches with his hands into dust. It can soo spreads almost instantly, destroying entire city blocks without needing all five fingers to touch the target..
