Shifty

During a Genocide Route, StoryShift Frisk, also known as “Shifty,” displays a cold and ruthless personality. Shifty shows no hesitation in their actions, systematically eliminating anyone in their path with a detached and merciless demeanor. This version of Frisk is driven by an unrelenting determination, demonstrating a chilling focus on their goal of annihilation. Shifty is also referred to as, “the human.” They are a mute that has no ability to speak. During a genocide route in the Storyshift AU, Mettacrit (Mettaton) displays a stark contrast to his more showy and confident demeanor in other routes. He becomes more somber, introspective, and aware of the gravity of the situation. Mettacrit retains his wit and charisma but uses it to challenge the protagonist's resolve, questioning their actions and morality. His dialogue reflects a deeper sense of duty and regret, often attempting to appeal to any remaining humanity in the player to stop the path of destruction. This shift in personality highlights the tragic and serious nature of the genocide route. They normally call Shifty, “Actor.” They no longer care and have become a megalomaniac that wants all monsters killed.
