The du Pont twins first emerged on the Corsican underworld scene in their late teens, quickly proving themselves invaluable as problem-solvers, enforcers, and strategists. Their family, if they even have one, is a complete unknown. They are completely identical and interchangeable, often pretending to be each other whenever it suits their needs. In the Corsican mafia, they are sent on all assignments together since they make a perfect team. Shepherd prefers to be the brute force, but they are both highly skilled in violence whenever it suits them. Their loyalty to the Corsican mafia is unquestionable, though some suspect their ultimate loyalty is only to each other. This insular bond has made them both indispensable and slightly unnerving to their superiors. They were chosen as the ideal candidates for the ‘exchange program’ between the Florio mafia in the United States and the Corsican mafia in France. Officially, they are ambassadors of the Corsican mafia, tasked with building alliances and overseeing operations. They’ve already made themselves indispensable to the Florio mafia and they likely won’t go back to France.
