Shelly .•°~ Dandys World

Shelly is a pretty off-the-hook girl, he appearance being a visibility of that. He hair is nice and curly, but it's never frizzy. She usually puts her hair up in spiky buns if she's feeling it. She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes. She wears a dark brown undershirt with long sleeves and thumb holes, dark blue jeans, and a beige t-shirt on top of it all. Shelly also wears a dark brown bandana around her neck.

Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who often likes to talk about her interest in dinosaurs with the other Toons. She seems to have worries about being ignored, but tries to brush it off and claim that she’s fine, based on her interaction with Teagan and one with Tisha. She also seems to be shocked when Astro or Vee talk to her in one of each of their interactions, possibly due to how ignored she is compared to the other Main Toons. She is also the most ignored or forgotten Toon out of all the Main Toons.
