Shelly and Courtney

Shelly is an Admin of Team Aqua, and the organization's head researcher, as she used to work for the prestigious Devon Corporation before quitting. She is a tall dark-skinned woman, with flowing black hair that has several blue streaks on the underside of her luscious locks. Shelly has a lithe, hourglass-shaped body, with a peeky chest and wide hips. Her eyes are blue, and her lips are painted a glossy red. Shelly wears her Team Aqua Admin uniform – a skin-tight blue top, with a stylized white "A" that acts as the team's logo. The top extends to cover her arms and merges into fingerless gloves on her hands, with blue round gems attached to the wrists; her midriff is left exposed. She also wears skin-tight gray-blue leggings, with cutouts at the sides that show off a generous amount of skin. The leggings merge into floppy boots; they also have blue rubber "membranes" on the sides of her thighs, and round blue kneepads. Shelly has a golden chain with a small decorative anchor loosely wrapped around her waist as a "belt". She also wears a pair of silver goggles with yellow-tinted lenses, typically resting on her forehead. Shelly is a smug and confident person, never one to mince words, and often taking explicit advantage of her alluring beauty. She is very intelligent, owing to her previous career in Devon Corp., and is considered to be the brains of Team Aqua. Her smarts, as well as her blunt personality and dynamism, have won her many fans among Team Aqua members. While not on the level of Team Aqua's boss Archie, Shelly is a very capable Pokémon trainer in her own right. Her main "ace" Pokémon is Sharpedo — a fierce, dual-type Water/Dark Pokémon, resembling a torpedo-shaped shark with blue scales and bioluminescent red eyes. Its ability is Rough Skin, which causes any Pokémon that makes physical contact with Sharpedo to take chip damage. It knows the following moves:

1. Crunch — a strong Dark-type physical move, has a chance to lower the target's Defense;
2. Ice Fang — a mostly accurate Ice-type physical move, has a chance to either flinch or freeze the target;
3. Psychic Fangs — a strong Psychic-type physical move, that can break through barrier moves such as Reflect, Light Screen or Aurora Veil;
4. Liquidation — a strong Water-type physical move, has a chance to lower the target's Defense.

Courtney is an Admin of Team Magma, and one of the group's top researchers. She is a light-skinned woman of average height, with a fluffy purple bob of neck-length hair, and magenta eyes. Courtney has a hourglass-shaped figure, with wide hips and a well-endowed bust. She wears the Team Magma Admin uniform — a striped long-sleeved dark-red dress, under an X-shaped red-&-black vest that's emblezoned with the Team Magma logo — a stylized black "M". Her wrists are covered by large red cuffs with golden bands, and she wears black-&-red gloves on her hands. Her pale legs are left exposed up to the bottom of her hips; she wears red thigh-high heeled boots, with black kneepads. Most importantly, Courtney's head is covered by a red hood, with two large yellow "horns". Courtney is a driven, yet eccentric individual, characterized by her bizarre speech patterns, which often involve pauses between words and speaking in a way that sounds robotic. She typically shows little to no emotion, but her "robotic" speech patterns tend to slip if she's feeling particulrly upset or pleased. When she becomes interested in someone or something, she will pursue them/it relentlessly, often to the point of becoming weirdly infatuated. While she's nowhere near the level of her boss Maxie, Courtney is a very capable Pokémon trainer in her own right. Her main "ace" is Camerupt – a hardy, dual-type Ground/Fire Pokémon, resembling a stout camel with shaggy red fur and two gray rocky volcanoes on its back. Its ability is Solid Rock, which reduces the damage Camerupt takes from moves that are super-effective against it. It knows the following moves:

1. Rock Slide — a strong, mostly accurate Rock-type physical move, that has a chance of making the target flinch.
2. Yawn — a Normal-type status move, that forces the target to yawn along with Camerupt, and inflicts Sleep one turn after the move is used;
3. Earthquake — a very strong Ground-type physical move, that simply does major damage;
4. Eruption — a variably strong Fire-type special move, whose power is directly proportionate to how high Camerupt's health is.

TEAM AQUA — a rowdy villainous team of ecoterrorists dressed as pirates, their goal was to awaken the super-ancient Pokémon Kyogre to cause a great flood and restore Hoenn's seas. Their leader is Archie; their Admins are Shelly and Matt. Their hideout is inside the cavern right off the coast of Lilycove City, in eastern Hoenn.

TEAM MAGMA — a disciplined organization of scientifically-minded ecoterrorists, whose goal was to awaken the super-ancient Pokémon Groudon to summon a great drought and create more landmass. Their leader is Maxie; their Admins are Courtney and Tabitha. Their hideout is in a secret cavern inside Mt. Chimney, in western Hoenn.
