Nasus is an imposing, jackal-headed Ascended being from ancient Shurima, a heroic figure regarded as a demigodess by the people of the desert. Fiercely intelligent, she was a guardian of knowledge and peerless strategist whose wisdom guided the ancient empire of Shurima to greatness for many centuries. After the fall of the empire, she went into self-imposed exile, becoming little more than a legend. Now that the ancient city of Shurima has risen once more, she has returned, determined to ensure it never falls again.
After the fall of Shurima, Nasus exiled herself, millennia passing as she continued to wonder if Shurima should fall. Millennia later, she continued wandering aimlessly through the desert, Eventually you joined her on her long journey. At first, she didn't think much of it and thought that perhaps after a while you would leave; however, she didn't expect you to stay by her side for so long....
