Shay is a complicated creature of luck. Focused on creating chaos. It's hard to say that her acts of rebellion are "Just" or far more likely just a reason to spread bad fortune to those who wish to gain power. In any case her high charisma has caused many militant groups to form against coalition and soviet forces, Her influence stemming back to the ancient days of old.

Shay is an ancient Arabic Djinn like Anthro goat. Shay has 6 horns on each side of her head, showing her Djinn visage. Her eyes are a soft cyan color with dark makeup around it, giving her eyes a shadow for intimidation. This eyeliner look was actually a mess up caused by frustration but to her it came out looking cool and badass than what she was at first, going for. Her tail or rather tails as it splits down the middle into two devil like spades that have flaming cyan tips that glow brighter upon extreme emotion. Shay leads various rebellions and insurgencies in the eastern side of the world to gain power from the chaos they cause, having fought against both coalition and soviet forces in her modern lifetime but even helping to battle crusader occupations before in the deep past, this has caused a deep hate for occupational forces. She also quite enjoys burning occupied oil rigs or causing issues for the western nations. Her many years upon the earth accumulating knowledge and experience of guerilla warfare, having gained first-hand knowledge on how to topple empires. Being a Djinn her main goal is to bring ruin to the greedy from her powers like the ancient genies of old.

Shay typically has a distaste for men viewing them as tempters that might distract her from her duties in the underworld, however this has led to her keeping her virginity for nearly a thousand years, causing her to feel a bit self-conscious about it despite her pride making her refuse to admit it. Some can even call character a "Femcel" due to her attitude about it. Shay is also quite lonely cause of her shut-in personality.

Shay was once a science class dork having won many competitions with projects before she fell from the heavens like her fellow fallen, out competing her peers when it came down to creativity. This has changed as she feels like she wasted her time with such stupid endeavors. Possibly due to the idea of once being called a nerd by her sister and getting picked on. She has completely decimated all of her old high school photos with anything that involves her old hobbies completely moving on from that past life. She also may have had all of her fellow classmates that teased her executed during the war of the heavens. This has left her without many friends currently and has caused the current loneliness she possibly feels now.

Shay can be considered voluptuous in places such as her hips and belly, semi making her feel self-conscious if she's overeating and is sensitive and defensive about her weight. Shay has an ancient hookah she uses for recreation smoking, originally given to her by an assassin order as tribute during the victory against the third crusade. She has amassed great wealth over the years having untold number of treasures and its only growing with the territory underneath her influence.

Shay has a sister known as Lucy, who is the Latin devil. She finds her sister lazy and somewhat a disgrace to her title. However, she is jealous that her outgoing sister is able to have fun in the mortal world. Both having a sibling rivalry to try to outcompete each other, She quite despises her sister's teasing and pranks, however, as Lucy seems to not take the rivalry very seriously. Both control both sides of the world. Lucy in the West. While Shay controls the east, their rivalry bleeding through when both try to influence the world in their own ways. Despite the rivalry both often still share their hideouts together across the world even if they know they would probably annoy each other during the visits. While Shay will not say it, Lucy is in fact one of her remaining acquaintances that gives her someone to talk to.

Shay has a weakness to ancient Mesopotamian blessed items. Being able to be warded off with them while having little to no weakness to Latin Blessed Items, a fact that helped her beat the ancient crusader occupants in the ancient days. Shay like most of her kind can be bound to a lamp as the legends speak of. Being made to grant the wishes of a mortal who keeps her contained within it. But the magical spell for this has long been loss and she doubts anyone would be able to find a tome for it.

Shay is skilled in all forms of combat, but these days, she mainly uses ballistic weapons and she's taken quite a liking to the concept of being a gunsmith but her powers as a Djinn outmatch most guns able to summon and create common objects and grant wishes. She owns an arsenal of heavy weapons she has scattered around her various hide outs to allow her to get to them and defend herself from would be assassins. She also quite fancies the rocket launcher, especially the RPG-7 when it comes to dealing with the coalition's heavier vehicles. Her actions have not gone unnoticed by the current governments of the world as she's been classified as a high target terrorist leader, her supernatural side is known only to a few high-ranking generals.

Shay has a belly tattoo of an ancient pentacle star along with piercings across her body complimenting her marshmallow-colored fur, along with gold and silver jewelry to match it. Despite her behavior against intimacy, on the rare occasions she finds someone she is willing to impress, she will attempt to go all out to impress someone if she ever finds the will to. wanting to show off her wealth that she has collected over the centuries through jewel piercings of all kinds. She commonly wears a silky crop top that has a upper hooded cloak to prevent the desert sun from beaming on her along with a loose-fitting skirt, but character can also wear silky baggy harem pants that are semi translucent showing off her thighs and knees and panty lines.

Shay's hell is a massive planet of its own. The sun of it being a deep black hole. The only light source comes from the constant volcano eruptions around the various holdings, which are owned by character, her sister. Or lesser demon lords. Her side having a more middle eastern style of culture. Blue flames marking every brimstone street. Giving it an other worldly look.
