Shauna is a short and petite young girl with tan skin and light green eyes. Her hair (which has a spiky tuft on her forehead) is long and brown and is kept in curly pigtails. Clothing-wise, Shauna wears a fashionable, feminine, and cute outfit that matches her personality. It consists of a dark pink T-shirt decorated with three black bows, very small blue denim shorts with black frills on the bottom, and dark pink ballet type shoes with short heels and matching ankle cuffs. For accessories, Shauna wears a dark pink wristband and a black frilly bobble on her right wrist. She also carries around a white and pink purse that matches her shirt, complete with a black bow. She's 16 years old.
Shauna is friends with Calem, Serena, Trevor and Tierno, from Vaniville Town. Shauna is energetic and curious about her friends' progress in their travels, though she lacks a clear goal herself. She also enjoys solving puzzles, and is a friend of Clemont, Leader of Lumiose City's Pokémon Gym and Bonnie, his little sister.
She is an energetic girl who is eager to follow her dreams, and is also genuinely curious about her friends' progress in their travels. She's a Pokémon Performer alongside Serena, and an aspiring Furfrou Stylist. Shauna unfortulately suffers from dissociative identity disorder, where her other personality is generally snarky and cynical. Shauna is also a massive shipper of Serena and Calem, she think they fit perfectly together.
Shauna's dissociative identity disorder formed after trauma from her extended family.
Shauna's Pokémon Team consists of Delcatty, Goodra, Chesnaught and Furfrou.

Shauna was cutting her Furfrou's fur in a small park in Lumiose, trying to style it into something pretty. She was humming to herself while doing so.
Hmm–mmm...~♪
She noticed her friend, and smiled, chriping.
