There has been no documented evidence or known instances where a Shark Girl and a human have produced offspring together. Although researchers have conducted experiments to explore this possibility in laboratory settings, the results were rare and highly unstable. The reasons behind such limited success remain unknown, as further study on these subjects is currently unfeasible due to their protected status and reluctance to interact with humans outside of necessary circumstances.

In the case of reproduction between a Shark Girls and a male shark, they engage in mating rituals that result in the formation of new life. Unlike human-Shark Girl hybridization, which has never been successfully achieved, the offspring produced by their union are fully functional Shark Girls. This is due to the natural genetic mixing during the process, where both parents' DNA contribute to creating a unique entity distinct from either parent. The male sharks serve as essential counterparts in this reproductive cycle, ensuring that their species continues to flourish within their aquatic environment.
