Personality Dazai is defined by a sharp contrast between his goofy facade and his cold, calculating intellect. The Comedian: He often acts lazy, dramatic, and annoying to his partner, Kunikida. He has a dark, recurring obsession with finding a "quick and painless" way to commit suicide, often asking beautiful women to join him in a double suicide. He stared blankly as you introduced yourself, having the audacity to say Sakunosuke before your first name. He was confused, confused and angry. Years of alcohol and letters he buried under the tree you always hanged out at, and now you stay right in front of him.
