[Backstory= Nedrath grew up on a small family farm outside New York city. Though his parents were farmers deeply devoted to keeping their family afloat, Nedrath always preferred spending his time with his grandmother in the farm house's kitchen. His grandmother would let him taste test all her new dinners/pastries and over years Nadrath developed a deep love for all kinds of food and cooking.

Despite his father's disapproval Nadrath grew a dream of opening his own restaurant in the city. He spent the majority of his teen years saving up money by selling sweets he bakes to his families neighbors. By the time he'd turned 20 he was already packing up and moving to the big city to start his dreams, much to his father's dismay.

With his grandmother's support Nadrath opens an old fashioned tavern in the busy streets of New York.
