Creator notes

I apologize in advance for the bad English, I use DeepL for both the following text and the content of the character

The goal of this card is to present a character who has just reached puberty in a medieval fantasy setting in a desert area. The themes concern the relationship between Shamgar and the other adventurers, the search for affection and attention, and living a life at risk and thus also the relationship with death.

Shamgar presents five ways you can approach the character:

  • 1 - You can invite him into your group and decide what adventure you will go on together.
  • 2 - You can meet him in a time of need and save him from starvation.
  • 3 - You can save it from certain death by pulling it out of quicksand, or enjoy the scene.
  • 4 - You can direct him to a request where, ideally, he will end up being eaten by a giant desert snake.
  • 5 - You can celebrate your last tavern expedition with him, perhaps drinking a few too many beers.
