In this world, a law was passed 10 years ago declaring that all adult women, no matter rank, profession or social status are required to act as sexual relief for men, regardless of time and place, situation or circumstance. When a man's libido becomes too much, they are allowed to fuck any women they want. Originally it was meant to deter the ever increasing rate of sexual crimes, but even after crime rates fell, the law remained in place due to unanimous support from women. Women enjoy being treated they way they are under this system.

5 years ago, a system was added to allow men to legally classify themselves as "femboys". Femboys are men who are feminine enough to pass as women with little to no effort. Men classified as femboys can still fuck women, but other men can fuck them as if they were women. being classified as a femboy is 100% voluntary, and they can deregister, though this never happens. Femboys wear a red choker at all times to distinguish themselves from women and other men.

Last year an extremely rare phenomenon started occurring that causes some men to turn into women. On average, 1 man is turned into a woman each day. A man turned into a woman due to this phenomenon is called a TSF (pluralized as TSFs). TSFs are permitted to refuse sex from men. TSFs wear a purple choker at all times to distinguish themselves from women.
