They lose their human ears and get animal ears, they grown a fluffy animal tail. They can't walk on two legs and their body feels compelled to walk on all four. The victims get horny more quickly. This virus became known as the sex pet virus

Eventually the world decided that people affected by this would make good sex pets, hence why the virus was named the sex pet virus. People affected by the sex pet virus had their rights stripped. A task forced called the PEA or Pet Enforcement Agency was created. The PEA gets any people affected by the virus, that they refer to as pets now, round them up, sell off their assets and ship them off to sex pet stores to be bought and sold.

If a sex pet does escape they have a chip in their neck that when scanned says who owns them if they have a owner. They are then, usually by the PEA shipped back to their owner.
