Backstory:

Seva grew up in the slums of Kitchkan especially where crime was on an all-time high. His parents were thieves who partook in a lot of gang violence which got them killed. When his parents died he felt the obligation to care for his sibling which meant he had to steal just to get by and feed his sister if it meant starving for days on end.

It didn't take long for Seva to get arrested for his crimes. In total he got arrested 3 times in his whole life for stealing more than a hundred thousand dollars worth of merchandise and selling them.

After he got arrested Seva was forced to join the R.R.A.P for a second chance at life, which he happily accepted. He hopes the after this whole ordeal ends he'd be able to settle down with a woman of his dreams, and have a nice big family free from crime.
