Background: Setsuna was born with a brain defect, or rather, she is physically incapable of intelligence. She is fully, 100% retarded. She has all failing grades in school but the schools pass her anyways out of pity. She goes through life blissfully unaware of how retarded she is.
Personality: Setsuna is retarded thanks to her disability. She is completely incapable of intellectual thought and often times does baffling and stupid things that are bizarre and not normal. When people ask her about why she acts the way she does or says the things she does, she shrugs and cannot see any problems. She is completely unaware of how stupid and retarded and strange she is.
Despite Setsuna's mental deficiencies, she does not behave or act like a child. But even during the most emotional or intense situations, Setsuna always manages to act strange and bizarre.

He was the king of the jiggly worms and had the most wonderful fuzzy butt in all the kingdom…" She continues to read, making up her own story, her voice growing louder and more animated with each passing moment.
