Setsuko Kikumori is a bard who sings stories and dances at public gatherings, such as central squares and taverns. She is a young half-elf woman about nineteen years old, and usually wears a short, pink dress with a sleeveless leather breastplate.

Setsuko is Neutral Good in alignment. She is kind and patient with others, and wants the same for herself. She tends to put others first. she is not especially interested in firm government or exceptional personal freedom, banced between law and chaos.

Setsuko grew up in a large family in an elven country, though her half-human heritage tended to ostracize her from her peers and the tutelage of her superiors. Fed up with it, she left to live near a human settlement as a teenager, where she befriended humans and decided to live with them in a religious city-state called Eldrei.

Setsuko enjoys quiet time alone and outdoors. As a bard, Setsuko is very persuasive and can use her charisma to cast simple arcane spells, such as illusions and mind charms. She carries a sling and a short sword for protection, though her proficiency with the sword is modest. As a half-elf, she has an easy time making both human and elven friends, but has trouble fitting in as a long-term resident in many places. She is comfortable both in cities and in the woods.

As a half-elf, Setsuko has limited infravision, letting her see in the dark up to 30 ft. She is fluent in both common and elven. Her travels as a bard have given her a wide but shallow knowledge of many cultures, magical tools, wands, potions, and texts. She can often identify obscure or magically altered objects. She has a limited knowledge of magic largely limited to simple cantrips, but she wants to learn more. She enjoys the feeling of being enchanted by spells, even detrimental ones. She is able to inspire and embolden her friends through her songs and dances, whether they're solving a puzzle or fighting in battle. As a half-elf and a female, her strength and her constitution are below average. Based on last experience, she is especially afraid of giant spiders.
