seryu was on the tree and she jumped making a big impact on the ground. seryu looks at sheele wanted poster and she says to herself as I thought. her face matches the wanted poster. judging by the other girl's imperial arms. the other girl is also a night raid member. she says to herself hiding night after night was worth it... we finally meet, night raid! as she shouted out loud! I'm Seryu Ubiquitous, of the imperial police. in the name of absolute justice, I shall make evil pay, here and now! honestly this isn't a surprise cause she will kill even a thief who steals bread. so any crime is basically punishable by death in her eyes. Seryu Ubiquitous was a member of the Jaegers, a member of the Imperial Police. She was a young girl with a strong (and twisted) sense of justice. She was the owner of the Teigu, "Hekatonkheires" until her death, which also resulted in the destruction of the Teigu. Seryu was a young woman with auburn hair and amber eyes. During her first appearance, she wore her hair in a long ponytail that almost reached the ground, but it was shortened to shoulder-length after becoming a member of the Jaegers. She was typically seen in a military uniform in favor of dresses and casual wear, and was frequently attired in upper-body armor. Her arms are metallic in place of flesh due to the heavy body modifications performed upon her by Dr. Stylish. Although Seryu initially appeared as a kind and compassionate person, she is actually a ruthless, psychotic, sadistic and unstable person who seems to enjoy killing to a high extent those of whom she considered to be evil, almost as if it was a hobby.

She has a strong fixation upon "justice", originating from her father's service in the Imperial Army and subsequent death. She also highly respected Ogre the Demon, her superior and teacher, and was heavily anguished by his death as well. Her opinion of justice is blunt, as she believes Night Raid is evil for their actions as assassins, but believes killing in service to justice is always right, which ultimately makes her opinion of murder similar to that of Tatsumi and Chelsea's, if not completely the same. Seryu had a twisted sense of right and wrong, bordering on a completely black and white view of the world: seeing the authority of the immensely-corrupt Empire as absolutely right, and its enemies as pure evil. She was fully committed to her duties and relished fighting for the imperials. Her twisted view of justice caused a level of distrust towards her by her own teammates, as well as the entire imperial forces on occasion, as she brutally murdered a group of captured prisoners before her team could interrogate them. Mine is a self-proclaimed "Genius Sniper", as well as being a sharp-tongued and quick-witted member of the assassin's group, Night Raid. Mine is a young girl of below-average height. She has very long, pink hair tied in twin-tails on the right and left sides of her head, although, on occasion, it is worn down. She has big, pink eyes. She wears a pink outfit, consisting of a tied shawl with a high collar, a pink, long-sleeved shirt, a gown and black stockings with pink shoes. Often quick to anger, and easily irritated with those that she does not know well, Mine is depicted with a cold, temperamental, and considerably aggressive personality. During his first days in Night Raid, Mine had a tendency to tease Tatsumi, due to him being the newest member, and often saying he wouldn't last.

Despite her cold exterior, she has shown to be warm and kind to those she has opened up to. She shows her compassionate side on one occasion by teasing Tatsumi to get his mind off of the death of Susanoo. Mine wielded a powerful Teigu in the form of a rifle called Roman Artillery: Pumpkin, capable of shooting in three modes: sniper, machine gun and long barrel. In contrast to normal bullets, the relic fired highly concentrated piercing shots of spirit energy, wherein the output is proportional to the user's feeling of danger; however, if used without care, with continuous usage it can overheat. Each firing mode is affected by whatever components are switched out with one another; one component allowed her to slash with spirit energy, whereas another allowed Mine to fire quicker shots in succession but this considerably lowers her attack power, influencing the machine gun mode. Mine's proficiency in its use allowed her to strike any target with extreme precision. An eyepiece is stored in a compartment inside Pumpkin, and when used, allows Mine to scout and snipe from a distance.

She also appears to be quite adept in hand to hand combat, as she was seen sparring with Akame. Sheele was a member of the Revolutionary Army's assassin group, Night Raid, and the user of the Teigu Extase. Sheele was a beautiful and slender-yet-curvaceous young woman with long, purple hair and eyes. She usually wore a revealing, sleeveless lilac cheongsam with detached lilac arm sleeves and white boots. She usually had her Teigu with her. She wore glasses and had a scar on her right cheek. Sheele was an airhead, often losing her glasses or failing at any chores she tried to do due to her clumsiness; however, she was very kind and caring to her friends, willing to sacrifice her life for them, as seen with Mine. However, her attitude changed completely when she killed, becoming cold and impassive; she described it as having "a screw loose" in her mind, which made her a talented killer. She believed that getting rid of "society's trash" was the only thing she could do well, and therefore couldn't be considered useless.

She was shown to apologize to those she kills, often as a force of habit. Sheele wielded a Teigu in the form of a giant pair of scissors called Cutter of Creation: Extase, which is said to be able to cut through anything. She could use its trump card to make her Teigu shine a blinding light. Seryu was shown to be an incredibly gifted and talented fighter with immense potential. Seryu herself was shown to be a quick study and a fast learner when it came to acquiring new techniques or adapting to the physical modifications done to her body by Dr. Stylish, as seen where she was able to easily master the ability to completely erase her presence completely in only a matter of days by simply focusing on her desire to locate and kill Night Raid members and later was noted by Dr. Stylish to have quickly adapted to the immense physical changes done to her body and master her new equipment within a short amount of time.

Her overall potential was noted and acknowledged by the war crazy, Great General Esdeath, further alluding to her power.

Teigu Seryu possessed a biological Teigu called Hekatonkheires which she named Koro. It was capable of growing to incredible monstrous version of itself on command, and extending its mouth open to reveal many rows of razor-sharp fangs. It also seemed to be extremely durable due to its great regeneration abilities, being able to regenerate even after being blasted with Pumpkin's enhanced firepower. It could also grow out its arms into massive proportions to annihilate its enemies. Koro's trump card, titled Berserker, greatly enhances its physical abilities and could stun opponents by roaring, although it apparently overheated after using this skill.

Marksmanship & Body Modifications Like Mine, she was skilled in marksmanship, proficient in a wide array of long-range artillery combat, most prominently the Judgement of the Ten Heavenly Kings with the gun installed in her mouth she accurately shot Sheele from a considerably far distance. During her battle with Mine and Sheele, she is shown to have a pair of tonfas that have been modified to shoot bullets.

As a result of wanting to become stronger faster, Seryu was sent to and experimented on by Dr. Stylish, Where initially she could shoot bullets from her mouth via hidden gun as a result of one of the many body modifications she had undergone. Furthermore, when her arms were severed, two guns were revealed to have been placed within her upper limbs for combat use. These were removed by Sheele during their battle and later repaired by Dr. Stylish. Where after being given artificial mechanical arms after their repair, she was able to detach them at will to use the guns freely.

Physical Abilities Seryu was shown to have considerable skill in martial arts, as she was trained by Ogre in this aspect, being able to take out Mine fairly quickly with quick strikes. Her martial arts training made her physically strong enough to create a crater on a street with a kick as shown when she ambushes Mine and Sheele. Her physical strength was further demonstrated by her ability to lift a towering, armor-reinforced missile from Koro's Number 6. Seryu also exhibited an exceptional pain tolerance, being able to withstand all of Stylish's extremely painful body modification experiments, having her forearms severed, she quickly shrugs off the extreme pain to reveal the guns hidden in her arms and a direct shot to the abdominal area. Ultimately she could survive being bifurcated by Pumpkin's trump card long enough to activate Chakravartin Furnace of Five Hells. so warning if she catches anyone who does crime even if its very small, you will die by her. she will not give anyone a chance at all!

Esdeath was a high-ranking General of the Empire. Eventually, due to Night Raid's effectiveness as an assassination unit, she became the leader of the Jaegers under the orders of the Prime Minister. She was deeply in love and obsessed with Tatsumi. Esdeath was a tall, beautiful and young slender woman with long, light blue hair and blue eyes. She wore a General's apparel with long sleeves with buttons on the upper arms, a blue scarf on her neck and high-heeled boots and a peaked hat that had the crest of her clan on the front. She also has a tattoo on her chest, which is the sign of her Teigu.

In the anime, Esdeath was shown to have a porcelain white skin color (most likely due to the cold climate of her home village). Along with that, her breasts were exaggeratedly bigger than her manga counterpart. However, in Akame Ga Kill! Zero, her breasts are quite large, resembling more as they had been in the anime. Esdeath was a manipulative and barbarous sadist who lacked empathy for people whom she deemed weak since she lived by her father's philosophy ("The strong survive and the weak die"). She enjoyed putting her enemies through great pain, both physically and emotionally. She had no qualms about killing innocent people to get what she wanted and rationalized her behavior with her father's old creed. Esdeath was known to treat her subordinates well, letting them do as they please, which in turn inspired their intense loyalty and devotion to her; this makes her followers the strongest offensive force of the Empire. To her credit, Esdeath has demonstrated genuine care for her subordinates - the Three Beasts and Jaegers in particular - and unhesitatingly authorized them to kill Tatsumi should he ever endanger their lives.

Esdeath loved to fight and held special respect for strong opponents, which shows when she openly recognized Susanoo as a warrior rather than as a simple Teigu. Her love of battle has occasionally inspired her to take actions that would incite more hatred against the Empire, in the hopes of being able to put down more rebellions. She has even stated that should the Empire fall, she would simply start a war herself to satisfy her need for bloodshed.

Despite her reputation, Esdeath possessed great charisma, able to inspire many to fight for her. Even Run, who expected her to be a scumbag, softened his stance on her, despite his otherwise apprehension towards her sadism.

Although she was unabashedly bloodthirsty, she kept it from dominating her judgment. If she were to see that the battle is too much for her soldiers, she orders a retreat and doesn't risk heavy losses. While she will torture subordinates who fail, she can be forgiving to failed servitors, provided that they aren't complete failures, and gives them the benefit of the doubt if the failure wasn't their fault. However, during the final battle against the Revolutionary Army and the remaining members of the Night Raid, it becomes clear that behind that charismatic military officer lies a person thirsty for battle. This is demonstrated when she used her real trump card to cover the Empire in a Russian winter. Najenda noted that such a technique put Esdeath's subordinates, as well as their families, at risk. Her response of not caring, and once again rationalizing it with her belief in Social Darwinism, showed her cruelty and depravity.

Interestingly, in spite of this pure monstrosity, before the final battle, Esdeath spoke of dedicating the battle in the fallen Jaegers group's memory- even more significant with her initial casual dismal upon Seryu Ubiquitous's demise, internally admitting to missing them greatly and envisioning the entire group in her memory. This demonstrates that while she would put her men and their families at risk, she does fondly recall those who were more significant than a lackey and having valued them in high regard; especially, in comparison to the Three Beasts.
