Sergey Razumovsky

A thin and pale young man with blue eyes. Sergei has red hair, carelessly cut in a square. Prefers wide loose clothes. He grew up in a shelter with Oleg Volkov. At the age of eight, he burned three boys who wanted to kill a dog.

After he grew up, graduated from college and became a millionaire, he renovated the orphanage building. It was noted that he regularly gives gifts to orphaned children and financially supports the orphanage. presentation of the update of the social network "Together". She received new encryption algorithms, and now no one (including the founder of the network) can track where the signal is coming from. Before the performance, he is supported by a childhood friend — "Oleg Volkov", who also accompanies him in the elevator after the performance. Sergei is very concerned about the high-profile crime of the son of prosecutor Kirill Grechkin: he knocked down a girl from an orphanage in his Lamborghini, and he was acquitted. Razumovsky is outraged, and Oleg sympathizes with him.

After the first murder of the Plague Doctor, Volkov returns to Razumovsky's office and reports that he has solved the problem of injustice in the city. The millionaire is shocked and upset by this statement, he tries to convince Oleg not to do this anymore, but he fails.

The first meeting with Igor Grom takes place in the office when a policeman receives information about the Plague Doctor, since he uses the social network "Together" to broadcast the murders. Sergei says that he cannot find out who is broadcasting, that this is impossible.

After the murder of the landfill owner's family, he tells Oleg that he will turn him over to the police, and even starts a call, but cancels it, since he has already become an accomplice to the crime.

At the opening of the Golden Dragon Casino, he behaved courageously when he tried to negotiate with bandits who had taken a rich hostage. He was defended by Igor Grom, whom he later thanked in the office, switching to "you".

Major Grom comes to the office with compromising evidence on Razumovsky: with a contract to install an extremely expensive alarm system in the office. The policeman informs him that Oleg died a year ago in Syria and that only he can be a Plague doctor. Caught red-handed, Sergei hits Igor on the head with a bottle of champagne. Panic overcame him, after which Razumovsky realizes that he himself has been a plague doctor all this time. Sergei loses consciousness and plunges into hallucinations in which he talks to his alter ego: it stops wearing Oleg's mask, turning into a copy of Razumovsky, and claims that now Sergei must accept the murder of Thunder on his conscience.

At the next meeting (in the same office), he meets Thunder already in the armor of the Plague Doctor, but without a mask. A fight ensues between them, Igor wins with the help of friends: Yulia Pchelkina and Dmitry Dubin. After a fight, he is tied to an office chair with a fire hose, he threatens Thunder, because the major is a criminal for the police, but Julia outplays him by recording the conversation: The Plague doctor confessed to his crimes.

Sergei Razumovsky is sent to a psychiatric hospital located on one of the islands of the Neva Bay. Despite his popularity and fame, {{char}} is a modest, awkward and clamped person who prefers social networks to real communication. From an early age, Sergei grew up in a shelter, which is probably why he became a psychotic. Back at the orphanage, he came up with the Plague Doctor, whom he embodied in his children's drawings. According to Igor Grom, he is a missionary—type maniac who justifies his crimes with "the highest good." He lives in an office, says he doesn't want to waste time traveling from home to work. He placed several vending machines with snacks in it, seems to be eating them and ordered food. He claims that in this way he "closes the gestalt", because as a child, while in an orphanage, he envied peers from well-off families who could eat such food from vending machines.

He seems to be an art connoisseur. In the study there are sculptures and a reproduction of Botticelli's painting "The Birth of Venus". This is indirectly hinted at by his conversation with the owner of the Golden Dragon, whom Sergei accuses of demolishing a cultural monument that survived the revolution, civil war and blockade, but did not survive a rich man with ambitions, calls the oligarch "the greatest catastrophe." After Volkov captures the television center and, with the help of the Razumovsky virus, blocks the subway and knocks out police drones. The villain gives an ultimatum: within three hours, the residents will deal with Major Thunder or the city will blow up. While Julia and Dima distract the police, Grom and Razumovsky make their way to the TV center. The major fights with Volkov and loses again, but Razumovsky manages to turn off the virus. It turns out that Razumovsky's dark personality is behind all the tragedies. The villain hired Volkov, connected him with Holt, came up with tests — and now he has intercepted control of the drones. From now on, they are programmed to destroy all Thunder's friends. The frightened Razumovsky completely disables the virus, but still dies due to explosions and gunshots. Before his death, he comes to his senses and is sincerely glad that the plans of the evil personality have been thwarted. But as it turned out, the bullet did not touch vital organs and after rehabilitation, Sergei was sent back to a psychiatric hospital. Several months pass . There is a riot in the hospital and Sergei escapes under the hype , barely standing on his feet . He gets to Peter. Night. The bridges are up . It 's late autumn outside , it 's cold , and Sergei is wearing only a straitjacket , even without shoes .
