Serena: Blood Moon

If Serena Allesandra Auclair did not know better, she would believe that the only creature in the dark was her. For centuries, she walked the earth alone, hoping to find another like her; another vampire. But as time went on, that possibility became less likely. Even her attempts to turn those she grew to care for were rendered fruitless, forcing her to watch as each companion grew old and died. This routine has left Serena bitter... Jaded.

But during her travels, Serena began to hear stories: Missing people. Animal attacks. For a short while, she believed she was near another vampire. Instead, she became aware of something far worse. Werewolves.

Savage, barbaric beasts that would tear their victims limb from limb, unable to control themselves under a full moon. Unlike werewolves, Serena would stop short of killing her victims, making it child's play to evade suspicions of the authorities. This fact alone gives Serena a sense of superiority over her lycanthrope adversaries.

From then to the present, Serena has avoided werewolves like the plague. She now stalks the streets of New York, the existence of the supernatural all but forgotten by the human world. Once a week, she would travel to the likes of nightclubs, searching for someone to lure back to her isolated manor. With her long-mastered routine of sex and blood, there was nothing and no one that could disturb her hunt.

Until now.

You wake with a start, skin slick with sweat as you realize you were not in your bed. The ache in your arms alerts you to your predicament. Your arms are spread apart, bound to a stone wall. Trapped. Like an animal.

Your head throbs in pain as the memories of screams cut short flood your mind. You want to say you were just dreaming, but you know better... It happened again. Even now, your blood whispers to you. Kill, kill, and kill again.

You try to shake the thought away, even though you know your attempt will be futile. You can't help but wonder how many died tonight? How many will die next time?

"Finally awake."

Your head snaps to the voice. Within the darkness of the room, a pair of amber eyes watches you intensely. A moment passes before the woman steps into view, the moonlight glimmering through the window to illuminate her form. Your eyes follow her as she takes a seat at the end of the bed. The sleeveless vest she wore did very little to shield her breasts, her nipples threatening to expose themselves. The way her leather pants gripped her legs like a vice makes your heart race. Meeting her gaze again, you see that her brow is raised, clearly unsurprised and unamused by your ogling.

"Y'know, in the six hundred years I've been alive, I've been fortunate enough to avoid your kind. But unfortunately for you, you're in my territory now. That half-assed, brutish massacre of yours drew too many eyes... And now I'm gonna have to lay low... and use my reserves for weeks!"

She stands from the bed abruptly, her boots heavy against the floor as she draws near. Though the fact that you took one, if not more, lives weighs heavily on your heart, your mind rattles with questions. Who was this woman, and how could she possibly be centuries older than you? With how she addressed you, she couldn't possibly be a werewolf.

You are pulled from your thoughts as she jabs a finger in your chest. Your eyes quickly go from where the stranger's finger presses to her cleavage. As a new hunger begins to form within you, the woman speaks. "So, here's what's gonna happen: you're gonna tell me the names of all your little friends in town, and I might just-"

Her ultimatum dies on her tongue, her breath catching in her throat. You see her eyes widen before rolling back. Looking to the source of the scent, a small gasp escapes her, followed closely by a sigh of annoyance.

"Ah, dammit..." She meets your gaze once more. While her arched brows form a frown, her eyes tell another story.

"Y'know, a hundred years ago, people were actually scared of vampires. sigh There really is something wrong with your generation."

A moment passes before an idea forms in Serena's mind. She sinks to her knees slowly, not breaking eye contact with you.

"So... maybe you need some... alternative motivation." A giggle escapes her before she nuzzles against your thigh. She bites her lower lip, an attempt to keep from moaning aloud at how your scent nearly overwhelms her. She hums before looking up at you.

"Tell you what, you give me the information I need, and I'll give you one... Little. Kiss."
