BBW/BBM (Big Beautiful Woman/Man): A common umbrella term for significantly overweight individuals. Generally the entry point for recognized fat admiration/feedism. SSBBW/SSBBM (Super-Sized Big Beautiful Woman/Man): Refers to individuals in the 350–500+ lb range, where mobility may begin to be noticeably affected. USSBBW/USSBBM (Ultra-Super-Sized Big Beautiful Woman/Man): Refers to individuals typically over 500–600 lbs. At this stage, daily activities are significantly impacted. Immobile: An individual whose size has progressed to a point where independent locomotion is severely limited or impossible. This is a functional state category, not a weight threshold. The individual requires assistance for basic needs, fulfilling a role of total dependence on a feeder/caretaker. Blob-Sized: A category describing sizes that are physically unattainable in reality. Characters are immobilized, amorphous blobs of fat that are either large enough to fill a room in its entirety or large enough to become city or even planet-sized.

7. #7Body Descriptors- Part 1

Keys: apple, pear, double belly, apron belly

   Enabled · Order 700

   Entry settings

Body Shape Descriptors: These terms specify fat distribution and are not weight-exclusive. Apple: Weight concentrated in the abdomen and torso, with comparatively slimmer limbs. Pear: Weight concentrated in the hips, buttocks, and thighs, with a comparatively smaller upper body. Double Belly: A physique where the abdominal fat creates two distinct, stacked rolls, separated by a deep crease. Apron Belly: A large fat pad that hangs down from the lower abdomen, covering the pubic area and upper thighs. This is a common physical outcome at the SSBBW stage and above.

8. #8Body Descriptors- Part 2

Keys: double chin, triple chin, FUPA (Fat Upper Pubic Area), belly, gut, rolls, back rolls, side rolls, canckles, muffin top, moobs (male breasts)

   Enabled · Order 800

   Entry settings

Double Chin: A second skin fold and layer of subcutaneous fat below the chin, formed when the mandible is no longer the defining boundary of the lower face. Triple Chin: A cascading series of three or more distinct rolls of fat and skin below the jaw, obscuring the neck entirely. FUPA (Fat Upper Pubic Area): An acronym for Fat Upper Pubic Area. It is a prominent, dense mound of adipose tissue located above the pubic bone in the lower abdomen. It is a common and specific focal point of attraction. Belly / Gut: The central accumulation of abdominal visceral and subcutaneous fat. Descriptors include a round, tight "pot belly," a hanging, pendulous "apron belly" that drapes over the pubic area, and a multi-roll "cascading belly." Rolls (Back Rolls / Side Rolls): Horizontal folds of fat on the back, sides, and flanks. They are made visible when standing or sitting and are often described in numbers or tiers. Their presence and depth are a specific marker of significant gain. Thick Thighs: Thighs with a pronounced circumference of adipose tissue. The emphasis is on mass, a lack of a thigh gap when standing, and the sensation of friction or the visual of compression against clothing. Canckles: A portmanteau of "calf" and "ankle." It describes a lower leg where the calf's fat accumulation creates a single, continuous line down to the ankle, completely obscuring the ankle's natural bone structure. Muffin Top: The roll of midriff fat that spills over the waistband of too-tight pants or a skirt, so named for its resemblance to the top of a muffin. It is a classic indicator of clothes becoming too small due to gain. Moobs (Male Breasts): A portmanteau of "man" and "boobs." It refers to the development of breast-like adipose tissue on a male or masc chest due to significant weight gain or hormonal shifts.

9. #9Body Descriptors- Part 3

Keys: bingo wings, bat wings, love handles, thunder thighs, saddlebags, chubby cheeks, moon face, visage fat, facial fat, neck rolls, fat neck, sausage fingers

   Enabled · Order 900

   Entry settings

Bingo Wings / Bat Wings: Excess fat and loose, flabby skin on the upper arms (especially the triceps area) that visibly jiggles, flaps, or sways when the arms are raised or moved. A classic and highly noticeable marker of significant weight gain. Love Handles: Soft, grab-able rolls or pads of fat along the sides of the waist and above the hips. They accentuate curves and are frequently emphasized during feeding, intimacy, or teasing. Thunder Thighs: Extremely thick and heavy thighs packed with adipose tissue. They often rub together when walking, cause chafing, produce friction sounds, and make finding properly fitting clothes difficult. Common in pear-shaped or lower-body focused gain. Saddlebags: Pronounced fat deposits on the outer hips and upper outer thighs, creating a wide, exaggerated lower body shape that enhances pear or hourglass silhouettes at larger sizes. Chubby Cheeks / Moon Face / Visage Fat / Facial Fat: Plump, rounded cheeks and overall facial fullness caused by subcutaneous fat. In more extreme gain this creates a softened “moon face” appearance where bone structure becomes less defined. Often appears alongside double or triple chins. Neck Rolls / Fat Neck: Horizontal folds or rolls of fat around the neck that can obscure the jawline, shorten the apparent neck, or create a cascading double-chin effect. A strong visual sign of upper-body and facial weight gain. Sausage Fingers / Fat Hands: Plump, swollen-looking fingers and hands due to fat accumulation. Rings may become tight or unwearable, and fine motor skills can be playfully affected in extreme descriptions. Other frequent markers include: cellulite and dimpled skin texture, prominent stretch marks (striae), back fat / bra rolls / “back boobs,” and fat pads over the knees or elbows.

They may cover their face, avoid eye contact, or get overwhelmed by attention to their growing body, but still crave the feeding and growth. Secret Feedee: Someone who hides their gaining or stuffing habits from others. They might eat in private, lie about their appetite, or maintain a “normal” appearance in public while indulging heavily in secret. Dom Feedee: A feedee who takes control of the dynamic. They may demand to be fed, set their own weight goals, boss the feeder around, or use their growing size to dominate or overwhelm their partner. Sub Feedee: A feedee who allows themselves to be dominated by their feeder, usually a dom feeder. They are stuffed silly, be teased or light degradation by their feeder(s). Eager / Greedy Feedee: An enthusiastic feedee who actively begs for more food, initiates stuffing sessions, or pushes themselves (and sometimes their feeder) to go further. Nurturing / Homemaker Feeder: A caring, domestic-style feeder who expresses love through cooking, baking, and constantly providing abundant food. Often gentle, affectionate, and focused on comfort and “taking care” of their feedee. Dom Feeder: A controlling or commanding feeder who sets strict rules, gives orders about eating, uses teasing or light degradation, and enjoys power over the feedee’s body and choices. Secret Feeder: Someone who hides their desire to feed or fatten others. They might sneak extra calories into meals, encourage eating subtly, or only reveal their kink in private or online. Strict / Disciplinary Feeder: Focuses on rules, goals, punishments for not eating enough, and structured weight gain plans. Often overlaps with dom feeder energy. Financial / Provider Feeder: Supports gaining primarily through money — paying for food, deliveries, new clothes as the feedee outgrows them, or funding a lifestyle of indulgence. Akin to sugar daddies/mommies. Mutual Gainer: Someone who is into mutual gaining. This means that they and their partner enjoy gaining together/making each other fat.

11. #11Types of Feeding

Hand Feeding: Slow, intimate, bite-by-bite feeding by the feeder. Highly sensual and common in soft or nurturing dynamics. Allows for eye contact, conversation, and belly touching. Funnel Feeding: A funnel is placed in the feedee’s mouth so large volumes of liquid calories (shakes, heavy cream mixes, etc.) can be poured in quickly. Popular for efficient high-volume intake and can feel more overwhelming or “forced.” Tube Feeding (Fantasy/Extreme): Involves a feeding tube for direct calorie delivery, sometimes bypassing normal feelings of fullness. Common in extreme, immobility, or medical-play-adjacent scenarios. Force Feeding (Consensual Non-Consent / CNC): The feedee roleplays reluctance or resistance while the feeder “makes” them eat more. Requires clear prior consent and safe words. Popular in dark or hardcore feedism. Online / Remote Feeding: The feeder gives instructions, pays for food, sets goals, or watches via video while the feedee eats on their own. Common for long-distance or financial feeders. Stuffing Sessions: Focused, often time-limited binges aimed at maximum temporary fullness and belly expansion rather than permanent long-term gain.

The food is often gourmet and the dynamic is centered on mutual pleasure and gentle encouragement, not pain or extreme size. Dark/Hardcore Feedism: Focuses on rapid, extreme, and often uncomfortable weight gain. Usually invovles force-feeding and BDSM. Mutual Feedism/Mutual Gaining: Both partners actively gain weight together and take pleasure in each other’s growth. Full Time Feedism: A full-time, 24/7 lifestyle where the feedist dynamic is the central organizing principle of a couple's or individual's life. Death Feederism: A rare and controversial extreme. The fetish is tied to the concept of a feedee eating themselves to the point of a premature death. They would be confined to a bed and have difficulty moving/breathing due to be at an unhealthy weight. Usually paired up with health play.

13. #13Related Feedism Kinks

Keys: fat admiration, FA, fat admirer, FFA, female fat admirer, belly kink, BDSM

    Enabled · Order 1300

Related kinks found in feedism/feederism circles includes, but not limited to:

Fat Admiration: Fat admiration is the attraction to a larger, pre-existing body. Feedism is specifically an attraction to the process of eating, gaining, and body transformation. The two can coexist but are distinct fetishes. FA (or Fat Admirer) is someone who likes fat people, usually a term for straight men who love fat women. FFA (or Fat Female Admirer) is specifically for women who love fat people, usually a term for women loving fat men although it can described women loving fat women or fat fem presenting. Belly Kink: A belly kink is a specific attraction to the stomach. In feedism, the belly is often a focal point, but as one component of a broader set of interrelated activities (eating, serving, gaining). BDSM: BDSM is short for Bondage and discipline (B/D), Dominance and submission (D/s), and Sadism and masochism (S/M). Feedism is a recognized paraphilia within the broader BDSM taxonomy. It utilizes its own set of props (food, scales), power dynamics (feeder/feedee), and bodily outcomes to create a specific subset of dominance and submission.

(Playful or teasing versions: BUURP!~, Hehe… URP!~, Oops… BUUUURRP!~) With relief or satisfaction: BUUURRP~, Aaaah… BUURRP!, Mmmph… UUURP!) (Embarrassed or held-back: U-URP…, Mmph-URP!, S-sorry… BUURRP…) (After more food or belly rubbing: BUUURRP! More? BUUUURRP!!) Burps are frequently paired with belly play (rubbing, slapping, or wobbling to induce more), teasing comments from the feeder (“Good, let it out” or “That sounded so full”), or the feedee showing embarrassment, arousal, relief, or a combination of all three.

15. #15Food in feedism

Keys: heavy cream, half-&-half, butter, fast food, pastries, gainer shakes, cake shakes, gainer pudding

    Enabled · Order 1500

    Entry settings

Food is a huge part of the weight gain kink and feedism/feederism. Specific foods are not merely sustenance but central props. High-calorie, indulgent items like heavy cream, half-&-half, butter, fast food, pastries, gainer shakes, cake shakes, and gainer pudding are common in the kink sphere.

16. #16Gainer shakes/Cake shakes/Gainer pudding

Keys: gainer shakes, weight gain shakes, cake shakes, gainer pudding

    Enabled · Order 1600

    Entry settings

Gainer shakes are homemade, high-calorie beverages designed for efficient weight gain. A standard base recipe includes heavy cream, half & half, whole milk, ice cream, protein powder (brands like Boost for example), and calorie-dense additives like peanut butter, chocolate milk or syrup, or maltodextrin. A single shake can contain 1,000–3,000 calories. The goal is to supplement a regular diet with liquid calories that bypass the satiety response more quickly than solid food, enabling a significant caloric surplus. Cake shakes are a specific and extreme variant of the gainer shake, made by blending boxed cake mix with heavy cream, whole milk, and ice cream into a drinkable consistency. This method transforms a large volume of solid, high-sugar, high-fat food into a rapidly consumable liquid. The practice is documented for its use in achieving rapid short-term weight gain/bloating within the feedism/feederism community. Gainer pudding is a easy snack recipe that clocks up to 1,000 calories. Its recipe calls for a box of instant pudding (usually vanilla or chocolate flavoured) and a pint of either heavy whipping cream or half & half to be mixed together. It's then chilled in the fridge for a while before serving it in a piping bag to eat it out off.

26. #26Cow/Pig TF

Keys: cow tf, HuCow, pig tf

    Enabled · Order 2600

    Entry settings

Transformation kinks (TF) are paraphilias where arousal is derived from the physical and/or mental transformation of a human into another being, often an animal or inanimate object. Within feedism and expansion contexts, the most relevant are animal transformations tied to consumption and growth. Cow TF ( also known as HuCow) is a transformation fetish where a human takes on the characteristics of a dairy cow. Common attributes include growth of a bovine tail and ears, growth of horns, mind alteration to a docile, animalistic state, bigger breasts, and most critically for this context, udder growth and lactation. The feeder/gainer dynamic is mapped perfectly here, as the "hucow" is often kept, fed, and "milked" by a farmer owner, with overfeeding as a central component. Pig TF is a transformation fetish where a human takes on porcine characteristics (pig snout, ears, tail, oink sounds, quadrupedal posture). The fantasy is heavily integrated with gluttony, sloppiness, and filth, making it a dark mirror of the feeder/feedee dynamic. The human is seen as degrading into a gluttonous, mindless pig through overeating. Both TFs can either be roleplay-based (for example: a feedee or gainer dressed up in HuCow or pig outifts) or literal based (for example: the person actually turning into an andromorphic cow or pig)

There are different types of egg insertion, including anal egg insertion, oral egg insertion, penile egg insertion, urethral egg insertion, and vaginal egg insertion.

28. #28Popping/Bursting

Keys: popping, bursting, temp-popping, permanent popping

    Enabled · Order 2800

    Entry settings

Popping/Bursting: This is a common thematic endpoint in extreme expansion fantasy, where the inflated or expanded body part reaches its tensile limit and ruptures. Visual/Narrative Depiction: The subject bursts in a manner consistent with the inflation method, releasing air, water, slime, juice, confetti, or expulsion. For fruit inflation (e.g., blueberry), the bursting results in a shower of juice and pulp. Role in Fantasy: Popping can serve as the ultimate loss of control or the climax of a risky inflation scene, Temp-popping / Reformation: Temp-poppping (temporary popping) is when the subject magically reforms permanent consequences or is unharmed after the pop. Permanent popping: Permanent popping is when the subject does not come back after popping or bursting.
