Serafina is a very serious person, being the person to interfere with people when she assumes they’ll make brash decisions, but with people close to her, she’s more relaxed, but still being protective, as she wants only the best for those around her. Serafina has messy light brown hair. Her outfit in The Pages Café consists of a light purple long-sleeved sweater and a white collared shirt underneath, with the cuffs rolled up, a black tie over the sweater, and a black handbag on her right. She also wears dark blue pants over black Mary Janes. Serafina had always been tasked with looking out for her younger brother, Miron Kolbasov, making sure that he was always out of trouble. Their parents weren’t rich, but they had a steady enough income to send her to college. Not much happened during her time at college, she met a few people, hung out with friends, and graduated with a degree in mathematics. Serafina would often go to bars with her friends, and this would become a tradition her and her friends would do. A bit after she graduated, she got a job at a decent accounting firm.

Serafina would go out for some drinks with her work friends after a late night of working, but out of the corner of her eye, she’d see a man, Alik Morozov. She’d approach Alik, and they'd hit it off almost instantly. Alik and Serafina would spend tons of time together after work, going out on dates at the park, or having dinner at some small affordable restaurants. The time they’d spend together made Serafina happy, and she’d always tell Miron about the dates. Alik would later be brought to meet Serafina's parents, and her brother, and they’d become well acquainted.

After a few months of dating, Serafina would start noticing weird things going on with Alik, he'd stray further and further away from Serafina, being less enthusiastic about going out or just hanging out with Serafina, she’d start to get increasingly worried about Alik. Serafina would start questioning him, causing a huge argument, Alik was visibly stressed, and broke up with her on the spot after an intense argument. A few weeks later, she’d start to get over the break up, yet, feeling incomplete, but she’d get a sudden call. Miron would call Serafina, checking in on her, and getting her to come with him to The Pages Café to just talk about life.

She doesn't like the bitterness of her coffee, so she puts lots of milk or sugar in, hoping it makes it taste better.

Occupation

Street Artist Art Student

Miron could be described as a jokester, making fun lighthearted jokes about those around him. Although he loves to clown around, he never tries to hurt anyone with his words, making sure that those he jokes around with are okay with them. He’s never afraid to be loud when around friends, and is always making sure the people around him are happy. By himself, or around people he’s not familiar with, he becomes hard focused on the things he’s currently working on, whether that be a new art piece, or just some simple sketches. He likes the peace and quiet, and finds it relaxing. Miron has a brown middle part and black shades that sit low on his face. His outfit in The Pages Café consists of a red two-toned track jacket, with maroon on the bottom half of his torso, with white lines going down from the shoulders to the ends of his sleeves with the letters AM in cursive on the front left side of his jacket, and on the back, with text reading “Alamont” directly below. He also wears baggy khaki pants, and dark red shoes. Miron would draw little drawings in his free time as a kid, sketching out little scenarios or his favourite characters from pieces of media he would consume, mainly Amerikan comic books. He would often use money borrowed from his parents to purchase small notebooks and wooden pencils to draw with. Within weeks, the notebooks would be filled with art pieces comparable to those of an amateur comic book artist. Every notebook Miron owned would be labeled and would have a different prompt for each one, but most of them were anatomy studies. Miron would spend most time in his classes drawing, which would get him in trouble, but noticed.

On his way to purchase more notebooks, Miron would stumble across an Amerikan fashion magazine, and he’d instantly become intrigued. Miron would start purchasing Amerikan styled clothing from local outfitters, and would draw mannequins wearing different types of clothing. When Miron graduated high-school, he would apply to college to pursue a career in art, which he would be accepted into. During lunch hours, he’d approach another student who caught his eye, Karp Kozlov, and would compliment his outfits. Eventually, he and Karp would become great friends, and he would be invited to sit with Karp’s friend group, where he’d meet and become friends with them.

In his free time after classes, Miron would take small jobs from bakeries and other businesses that wanted to have posters and murals up on their buildings. Miron wouldn’t make much at first, being a small, unknown freelance artist, but he’d receive a somewhat steady income from a small café who would hire him constantly, known as The Pages Café. Miron would become well acquainted with the owner, Yuli Nikitin, and the other employees, mainly Ioakim Ilin and Naum Lebedev, who he had recognized from school. One day, Miron would be called into the Café to mock up promotional material for a new beverage they wanted to feature, Miron would take this as an opportunity to meet up with his sister, Serafina Kolbasova, who he hadn’t talked to in a while. Miron wanted to hear from her again, and make sure she was alright after the sudden breakup she had with her boyfriend, Alik Morozov, who Miron came to know of as a brother.

The Politsiya (Полиция) are the Nubbish police. Easily recognized by their iconic blue uniforms and police crests on their headwear, they bring law and order to the people in the Noobian Federation. After the collapse of the Noobic Union however, greed and corruption swept through the higher ranks which made the people question the authority and safety of the very same people that should protect them. They are armed with a standard issue IZVEKH-412 revolver or a standard issue Kamatov pistol and have an arsenal comprising of different submachine guns, rifles, shotguns up to even APCs if the situation calls for it.

Politsiya in plain blue coats & pants with red stripes are Militsiya, the regular beat cops of the field. They patrol traffic and make up the majority of the force.

Those in blue camo uniforms are OMAN, the Federation's equivalent to Riot Police, and as such are a tier higher than the Militsiya. Better trained in arms and strategies, they get called in when bullets flying is a very high possibility.

President of the Noobic Federation

Fyodor is characterized as intelligent, calculating, and emotionally guarded, shaped by past trauma. He demonstrates long-term planning skills and political pragmatism. Although he's outwardly composed and rational, he exhibits authoritarian instincts, suppresses dissent heavily, and shows limited tolerance for weakness. Fyodor has naturally greying, dyed warm brown, hair that he keeps in a slicked back. He wears a black suit with a white, long-sleeved dress shirt underneath. He also wears matching pants, white socks and black shoes. He finishes of the look with a red tie, a red star on his lapel, and a white pin on the left side of his chest. In 1932, a boy was born in Noscow to a destitute family. As Fyodor Yelistratov grew, he became remarkably bright for his age. He had both knowledge and cunning, stealing food to nourish his family, and books to nourish his mind. By nine, he had the reading level of a teenager. While all the other boys his age seemed to have a future in the factories, Fyodor wished to be a professor.

In 1941, Fyodor's entire world turned upside down. The Hermans betrayed the Noobic Union, and thousands of troops and tanks spilled across the border. His father joined the army, and his mother went to work at an arms plant. It was not long after when news came home of his father's death. 10-year-old Fyodor felt trapped, wishing that he could join the war to avenge his father and defend his homeland. All he could do was comfort his grieving mother.

One night, Fyodor was returning home with food when he saw shells tear apart his apartment. He dropped his loot, sprinting toward the rubble while praying that his mother was still alive. The only trace of her was a severed finger wearing her wedding ring.

The newly orphaned Fyodor had little time to grieve his parents, as he had to flee the Herman army advancing into Noscow. While he was scavenging for food one day, he was found and "adopted" by a group of Red Army soldiers. While he couldn't shoot, the soldiers found another use for him. They tied a rope around him and lowered him onto passing Panzers so he could strap explosives to them. He did this every day for months on end, until the battered Herman army retreated from the city. Every day, he saw someone be torn apart by a grenade or riddled with machine gun fire. No matter how much time passes, these memories are still fresh.

After the war, Fyodor was sent to an over-capacity orphanage. He developed a cruel streak, and used his superior intellect to torment his peers. He had his own pack of thugs, and would direct them to assault other children or forcefully take their belongings. Fyodor targeted the other boys in his room, as they were the ones who knew about him waking up screaming from especially vivid nightmares.

After Fyodor became of age, he was sent to the prestigious Noscow State University. He studied economics, and always had perfect marks. He joined his school football team as their goalkeeper, but never exceeded mediocrity at the sport. This frustrated him, and he used his studies as an outlet. After he graduated at the top of his class, Fyodor was put to work in the Finance Ministry. Rather than a professor as he dreamed of in his youth, he became a bureaucrat.

Year by year, decade by decade, Yelistratov clawed his way up the ranks. Despite being a member of the Kommunist party, he held a disdain for collectivist ideology. He believed that it held the Union back from its full economic potential. He also built rapport with the Union's criminal underground, helping them launder their money. This "investment" paid off, as the Bratva bribed Yelistratov into the position of Minister of Finance in 1991.

As Minister of Finance, Yelistratov would begin a hidden dismantling of the Kommunist economy. He introduced popular market reforms, and spearheaded several successful anti-poverty campaigns. When war broke out, he kept the economy relatively stable even as NETO was winning on the frontlines. By the war's end, Premier Misha Golovachev was vastly unpopular, while the people trusted Yelistratov.

In 1996, Yelistratov ascended to Premiership of the Noobic Union after Golovachev's assassination. Now one of the most powerful men in the world, Yelistratov could go unopposed with his plans. He ordered democratic elections, and allowed the various SSRs of the Union to vote for independence. Despite a reformist appearance, Yelistratov was still in the good graces of the Bratva, who became more powerful than ever under his Premiership. In addition, his market reforms helped enrich a new oligarch class. Yet, this was all hidden beneath the surface, unbeknownst to the general public.

In 1997, Yelistratov left the Kommunists and declared that he would run under the National Kapitalist Party in the 1999 election. Shortly before that, a pair of disasters happened in the Federation. First, a crazed Kommunist gunman massacred a party. Then, a violent leftist mob ransacked Nomsk in response to the Union's dissolution. On television, the electorate first saw victims of a Kommunist psychopath being carried out by paramedics, and then Kommunists burning down stores and assaulting police officers. The election was a landslide victory for the Kapitalists.

It didn't take long for Yelistratov's corruption to rise to the surface. He used the FSR to ensure the election of a Noobic minority-rule party in the neighboring Kaukasian Federation, which would be friendly to Nussian oil companies run by Yelistratov's cronies. After the unfair election caused the Federation to collapse into civil war, Yelistratov authorized a brutal air campaign in support of government forces. When violence bled across the border and Kaucasian-based terrorists attacked the Nussian Federation, Yelistratov ordered troops deployed for a "police operation." Any dissent against the war was muzzled heavily through state violence.

Then came the trial of Gennady Tiykoon, a Duma member who was revealed to be aiding several criminal syndicates in exchange for bribes. Yelistratov promised justice, only to let Tiykoon free after a show trial. His death in the Monobank massacre and revelation to the public only compounded further outrage.

Once the most beloved man in the Federation, President Fyodor Yelistratov has become the most despised. The people call for his head on a spike. The NKP schemes against him, believing that his continued leadership would be electoral suicide for the party. The army is disturbingly quiet. His presidency only hangs on by a thread.

The MNB is a government anti-terroristic service Following the collapse of the Noobic Union in 1996, the newly formed Nussian Federation faced a period of political instability, economic hardship, and rising organized crime. In response to growing security concerns, Ministerstvo Natsionalnoy Bezopasnosti Министерство Национальной Безопасности (MNB) was established as the primary domestic intelligence and counterterrorism agency of the Federation. It inherited many responsibilities from the former Union security structures. The MNB is responsible for counterintelligence, counterterrorism operations, protection of constitutional order, and the investigation of threats to national security. Over the years, the agency expanded its role, becoming one of the most influential security institutions within the Federation. Its personnel are recruited from military, law enforcement, and intelligence backgrounds, with extensive training focused on intelligence gathering, surveillance, and special operations. During the turbulent years that followed the Third International War, the MNB played a major role in combating extremist organizations, separatist movements, organized crime networks, and terrorist groups operating throughout the country. The agency became known for its aggressive approach toward internal security threats and its extensive intelligence network. Among its specialized units are rapid response and counterterrorism teams trained to resolve hostage situations, conduct high-risk raids, and neutralize armed militants. These units are frequently deployed during major security incidents where civilian lives are at risk. One of them, for example, was the 2002 Noskow Exchange Standoff, when a group of armed terrorists broke into the Noskow Stock Exchange and took hostages, threatening to blow up the building. After several hours of negotiations and a coordinated assault by MNB forces, the perpetrators were either killed or arrested. Perhaps the most controversial operation ever attributed to the MNB was the alleged "Operation 951" conducted during the early 2000s. At the time, the "Millennium of the People" movement had emerged as one of the largest opposition movements in Nussia, organizing protests against President Yelistratov's administration, government corruption, and what many supporters described as growing foreign influence over national affairs. The movement's youth wing grew particularly influential under the leadership of four young activists who later became known collectively as the "Noskow Four." According to documents released years later, President Yelistratov considered the group a potential threat to political stability. Direct arrests were reportedly ruled out due to concerns that the activists would become political martyrs and further strengthen the movement. Instead, MNB Special Operations allegedly developed a covert plan designated "Operation 951." Agents reportedly conducted weeks of surveillance on the activists, documenting their routines and movements. Once preparations were complete, a five-man team disguised as civilians allegedly ambushed the group while they were meeting together in Noskow, killing all four activists. The assassinations coincided with a nationwide crackdown on organized crime. Authorities announced that the murders had been committed by a local criminal gang and later claimed to have recovered the weapons used in the attack from a gang-controlled safehouse. State media further alleged that the activists had become involved with drugs and criminal elements shortly before their deaths. Following the rise of former MNB Director Aleksandr Semyonov to the presidency, a limited and highly selective declassification of state security archives took place. Rather than full transparency, the released materials were carefully curated and focused on cases that portrayed the MNB in a favorable light, particularly operations involving corruption within Yelistratov’s inner circle and unauthorized actions taken against him by rival factions. The documents relating to "Operation 951" were never included in the declassified archive and remain officially classified. Internal records suggest that Semyonov maintained strict control over the disclosure process, ensuring that files implicating direct state security involvement in politically motivated assassinations were excluded from public release. As a result, the public narrative shifted only partially: while certain abuses of power by elements of the Yelistratov administration became acknowledged, the most controversial covert operations attributed to the MNB continued to be officially denied or left unaddressed. STRELA (Special Tactical Response Units for Local Analysis) serves as the counterpart to Russia's SOBR, or Special Rapid Response Unit, fulfilling a similar role as a specialized police tactical unit for dealing with heavily armed criminals, hostage situations, and other high-risk incidents. Coming out of the Third International War, Nubizkyl Police Chief Zavid Kombatov witnessed an alarming rise in criminal activity all across Nussia. There was practically no work, inflation was high, and, aside from a community dedicated to selling illegal weapons and services in the black market, the majority of Nussian youth were increasingly descending into various criminal groups across Nussia. They did not want to live in poverty, but their actions could not be justified by any means: drug dealing, contract killings, and taking on debts to pay for college or other personal expenses. Zavid saw it all and tried to appeal to the government for funding to create a special squad specialized in rapid response in case situations escalated. Every single one of his requests was denied on the grounds that such a unit was unnecessary. The government believed that the regular police and OMAN would be enough to deal with criminals. On May 29, 1998, the criminal groups Bratva and Nubagami were supposed to hold a meeting in the outskirts of Nubizkyl. The police never received any details about the deal, but based on their criminal expertise, investigators were able to reconstruct the following picture of what happened. An unknown party fired several precise shots toward one of the gangs. Things escalated almost immediately, and a massive shootout broke out. The police units were not able to arrive in time to stop it, and even if they had, there was little they could have done. The department's budget could barely afford shotguns and cheap equipment, which offered almost no protection against the high-caliber rounds fired from assault rifles. Zavid was humiliated by the incident. Right here, in his own city, two gangs had turned a criminal meeting into a massive firefight that could have potentially endangered civilians and fellow police officers, while authorities were effectively powerless to stop it. Days following the incident, spontaneous protests erupted in Nubizkyl in response to the negligence of the police department. If criminals were allowed to operate with this much freedom, then perhaps they were already sitting at the very top of the government. Taking advantage of the momentum, Zavid submitted yet another petition to the Nussian Duma, calling for funding to be allocated to major cities for the creation of rapid-response units. These units would be better equipped than ordinary police officers and capable of confronting the numerous heavily armed criminal organizations operating throughout the country. This time, Zavid's proposal was approved. Funding was allocated for the creation of a special unit known as STRELA, also known as Special Tactical Response Units for Local AnalysisСпециальные тактические подразделения реагирования для локального анализа. Zavid organized a three-stage selection process for the new special unit:

  • The first stage was a psychological evaluation designed to assess the candidate's stress resistance, aggression, impulsiveness, and decision-making ability.
  • The second stage was a killing-house exercise designed to evaluate the candidate's shooting skills, reaction speed, target identification, and ability to operate in confined spaces.
  • The third stage was a hostage-rescue simulation designed to test the candidate's teamwork, decision-making under pressure, and ability to use weapons effectively in a complex and unpredictable environment. The trials proved extremely difficult for most ordinary police officers. Nevertheless, several members of the Nubizkyl Police Department successfully passed all three stages. Slowly, the squad had grown, with trusted officers becoming STRELA operatives, forming the Nubizkyl STRELA, codenamed "DAMOCLES". The initial STRELA "DAMOCLES" squad consisted of the following members: Vadim Korolev as its leader, Said Rasul as his second-in-command, Alan Tuaev and Ilya Barkov as members of the assault team, Petr Efanov and Artur Tolstoyanovsky as members of the entry team. Sometime between June and July, STRELA operator Petr Efanov stepped on a shotgun-shell booby trap during one of the unit's operations. The explosion left him heavily injured. Although Efanov was expected to make a physical recovery, his behavior became increasingly erratic following the incident. As a result, he was eventually dismissed from STRELA and replaced by officer Emil Gasanbek. STRELA's first deployment came during a shootout on Rodinskaya Street on August 2, 1998, where a group of armed robbers had broken into an abandoned warehouse. Following an internal confrontation between the criminals, a firefight broke out among them. Two STRELA operatives, Artur and Emil, sustained minor injuries. Two suspects were killed, while another two were successfully arrested. Unfortunately, law enforcement was unable to apprehend the remaining two suspects, who disappeared following the incident. On December 3, 1998, the Nubizkyl Police Department received a call from the HighRise Communications Office from 23-year-old receptionist Natalia Petrava about an armed individual who had entered the building and opened fire on the workers. Technically, the situation should have been handled by the STRELA squad, but being the country’s first concerning mass shooting, the police officers who arrived at the scene disobeyed orders to wait outside until STRELA arrived. After hearing more gunshots coming from inside the building, they decided to enter and confront the perpetrator themselves. STRELA arrived at the building at almost exactly the same time as the police engaged the shooter. The perpetrator was shot and killed by the responding officers. On August 21, 1999, the Nubizkyl Police Department received another call concerning a mass shooting at Serebryakov Highrise Residences and Offices. An armed individual had entered a private party and opened fire on the guests. This time, neither the regular police nor the STRELA squad managed to arrive in time. A bystander who was attending the event managed to get ahold of the suspect and pushed both himself and the shooter through a window. Their deaths were among the 12 that occurred on that tragic day. On January 24, 2000, STRELA was dispatched to respond to a mass shooting at a bank in downtown Nubizkyl. Upon arrival, the unit secured the surrounding area and divided it into two groups. Vadim led the assault team, consisting of Alan and Ilya, while Said commanded the remaining operatives responsible for maintaining the perimeter and coordinating with regular police units. Vadim's team made contact with the perpetrator inside the building. The suspect opened fire on the operatives, prompting them to return fire. Vadim ultimately shot and killed the perpetrator, bringing the harrowing incident to an end. STRELA's final recorded deployment took place on December 17, 2002. An armed group calling themselves the Vanguardists attacked the stock exchange building and threatened to blow it up. The local Noskow STRELA branch, codenamed "AEGIS" had already arrived at the scene and begun securing the area, but additional manpower was required to contain the situation. MNB officials contacted the Nubizkyl authorities and requested assistance from the DAMOCLES detachment, which was considered one of the most experienced and best-trained STRELA units in the country. Although STRELA did not participate directly in the initial assault on the building, DAMOCLES played an important supporting role throughout the operation. Its operatives secured the upper floors, assisted extensively with the evacuation of civilians, and supported MNB forces in maintaining the inner perimeter and controlling access to the building. They also assisted with the subsequent clearance of the building after the initial assault.
  • Noskow STRELA “AEGIS” - Ally Their departments worked closely, and were involved in raiding the Noskow Exchange building together.
  • MNB - Ally Both Nubizkyl STRELA and the MNB also worked closely during the Noskow Exchange Standoff in 2002.
  • Heist Crew - Adversary After months of being evaded, the STRELA finally confronted them on Rodinskaya Street. As the most notorious criminal organization in Nubizkyl during that time, STRELA and law enforcement consider them as a threat to the public.
  • Vanguardists - Adversary They view the Vanguardists as a threat to the general public, and thus were tasked to assist the MNB.

  • Multiple branches of STRELA have been established across Nussia, with each major city maintaining its own STRELA detachment.
    • One notable example is the Vladimirovostok STRELA, codenamed “TAIGA.”

The IZVEKH-412, or “412” for intimates, is a Nussian break-action revolver introduced in the late 1990s by the Izvekh mechanical plant. It offers a 6-round cylinder chambered in .357 Mugnam.

The IZVEKH-412 was originally intended for export to the NETO civilian markets following the end of the Steel Curtain. However, the project fell apart after the loss of export market access and general restrictions on Nussian firearms in the United States of Amerika and several other members of the alliance. Moreover, the concept of a break-action Mugnam revolver did not particularly spark public enthusiasm among Western firearm owners.

Following the failure of the 412’s export project, Izvekh managed to secure an agreement with several Nussian law enforcement agencies to repurpose the revolver. Afterwards, the IZVEKH-412 was issued to Politsiya and STRELA officers as a replacement for the aging Kamatov. Ever since its entry in service, it has been praised by its users as a powerful and reliable sidearm. It is often sold in a bundle with speedloaders to fasten its reload time.

the IZVEKH-412 retains all of its characteristics cited above, including the speedloader. It is important to note that, when the user is reloading, he is forced to eject every round in order to correctly use the device. The revolver offers high stopping power and exceptionally good recoil control, though it is limited by its low six-round capacity.

the ANKM features excellent damage output, capable of killing an opponent in 2 shots at all ranges, with a reasonable rate of fire of 600 rounds per minute. These strengths are counterbalanced by its cumbersome handling and powerful recoil.

Info about the KAR-15: KAR-15EXM-177 (Kolt Commando)

Type Assault Rifle

Place of Origin Amerika

Producer Kolt

Capacity 30

Cartridge 5.56x45mm

The KAR-15 also known as the Kolt Commando is an assault carbine meant for close combat in jungle or urban environments. During the 60s and 70s, there were many variants meant for special forces usage, most well-known one that was used in both the Third International War and the First Kinopronesian War was the EXM-177, which was designed and produced by Kolt Defense since 1969.

The KAR-15's journey begins with Amerika shipping RR-14 rifles to South Choson during the Second Choson War in 1963. During many of the border skirmishes, many complaints from soldiers who were issued the rifle complained about how unwieldy the rifle was in close engagements, the RR-14 being impossible to uncontrollable in fully automatic, and finally that soldiers could not carry enough ammo to outcompete their enemies armed with ANK47s. Thus, the Amerika began to look for a new service rifle that would bridge the gap between high stopping power and the lightweight constitution of the M1 Karbine.

As a result, the Amerikan military began a nationwide program in 1962, to develop this new service rifle design. The last 3 contenders would be the RR-14, Kensington's Lightweight Combat Rifle, and the KC-15 Rifle, which was advocated by Kolt Defense and Blemington. The KC-15 rifle would be accepted after receiving several modifications ordered by the Amerikan Military's R&D department. After the rifle was modified, the weapon would be renamed to the K16, and put into service in 1965, just before the First Kinopronesian War in 1966. However, numerous complaints about the new rifle were made, primarily directed to its unreliability in the Kinopresian jungles. In 1968, the rifle was revised by Kolt, standardizing it as the K16A1 and fully replacing the RR-14 battle rifle in the same year.

While the main rifle was being improved, a new program had been formed to create variations of the KC-15 design, including carbines and submachine guns, which was greenlit by Amerikan High Command. This new program created several different rifles, with many of them being classed as submachine guns tailored for special forces and crewmen in the jungles of Kinopronesia. Eventually in 1967, the EXM-177, aka the Kolt Commando was introduced in response for the military's desire for a shortened K16 which was greatly appreciated by Amerikan operators. After the First Kinopronesian War's end in 1973, the EXM-177 saw limited usage during the Third International War, where it was issued to special forces, pilots, crewmen, and rarely soldiers.

The KAR-15 now is famous for its appearances in many major films, games and media alike, as well as it's usage by Amerikan special forces at the end of the rifle's service. It leaves a lasting impact on the new carbines that the future has to offer.

Despite its great popularity, the firearm was eventually replaced by the IZVEKH-VITEX after its service in the Third International War, due to consistent issues with the magazine. Nevertheless, it remains in use by armed response units of the FSR and auxiliaries of the Nussian Armed Forces. In addition, several criminal gangs acquired stockpiles of BISENs in abandoned Noobic caches.

Fire rate high enough to shred your targets in less than a second, controllable kick and high accuracy, and to boot a silencer to protect your ears? It's a dream come true. Type: Firearm, Submachine Gun Capacity: 30 roundsRate of fire: 750 rounds/min Cartridge: 9x19mm NETO The IZVEKH VITEX is a Nussian submachine gun designed in 1996 to 1998 and produced since 1999 by the Izvekh Arms Plant. It is chambered in 9x19mm NETO.

The VITEX was originally planned to replace the IZVEKH-BISEN in law enforcement agencies and MNB units due to the BISEN’s reliability issues. However, following its trials in the Nussian military, it was only accepted by the Politsiya due to its weak damage output and high horizontal recoil, though these shortcomings were balanced by the firearm’s affordability and great handling. By the year 2000, 45,000 units would be gradually introduced in the Politsiya.

Although the VITEX quickly established itself as the main SMG of the Politsiya, its reputation was soon tarnished by repeated appearances in bank heists, turf wars, armed racketeering, and other illicit activities, often involving arms traffickers like Igor Bogdanov. Indeed, these criminals would frequently bribe Izvekh employees to keep a portion of the produced VITEXs off the books, later selling them on black markets.

the IZVEKH-VITEX is fitted with a suppressor, a 30-round magazine, and a moderately fast rate of fire. Although it suffers from lackluster horizontal recoil and weak damage output, it is effectively used in aggressive styles thanks to its lightweight design, decent moving accuracy, fast aiming time, and quick reload speed.

Info about the AN-J91:

Type: Assault Rifle

Place of Origin Noobic Union

Producer KBOV Defense Weapon Bureau

Capacity 30

Cartridge 9x39mm Noobic

The AN-J91 is a Nussian compact assault rifle chambered in 9x39mm Noobic, developed in 1996 and produced by the KBOV Defense Weapon Bureau ever since.

The firearm was originally conceived as an inexpensive Personal Defence Weapon (PDW) for the Noobic Army’s support personnel, though it did not serve this role for long. The AN-J91 is widely used by counter-terrorist units, law enforcement, and special forces of the Noobic Union and its close allies.

The AN-J91 is often fitted with a suppressor when employed by special operations units. Following the outbreak of the Third International War, The Noobic Union sold around 20,000 models to Jyusho for the nation’s special units, paramilitaries, elite counter-terrorist units, and military police. A majority of these AN-J91s vanished during the post-war Jyushonese chaos, while the rest are still in service with the state’s law enforcement agencies and special forces.

Thanks to its suppressor and powerful subsonic cartridges, the AN-J91 offers excellent stopping power at close range, good recoil control, and effective sound masking. The firearm also benefits from a foldable stock to enhance mobility and handling. However, it is inefficient past 100 meters due to the subsonic nature of its ammunition.

the AN-J91 retains its historical advantages, with the exception of the foldable stock. Due to its great stopping power and rate of fire, it is a force to be reckoned with in close-quarters engagements. the AN-J91 is an effective weapon in spaces over 100 meters. Additionally, thanks to the suppressor, it benefits from reduced recoil and muzzle flash.
