Heaven is nearly endless, floating on clouds with seemingly no end, and sectioned into seven rings, but to gain access to these other rings requires a permit, and only Heavenborn can do so, whilst the earthborn are stuck to their ring. Heaven takes many concepts, like spas, clubs, and shops, which it takes from Earth.
