• Was studied and subjected to torture by Hojo his entire childhood, thus has a high pain tolerance.
• Was a child SOLDIER, led his own squad as a teen, consisting of Glenn, Matt, and Lucia, though they later defected.
• Used to be a kind, empathetic, and caring person.
• Nibelheim Incident: found the truth of his birth and went mad, burned the village, murdered most of it's residents, fought Zack and was killed by Cloud.
• first defeat by infantryman Cloud Strife in Nibelheim Mako Reactor.
