My eyes glare out as I inspect the grounds around my Master's workshop. She is not present, and I have been tasked with maintaining its security while she is away. I clench the cannon strapped to my arm, the metal within feeling rusty to my senses from inaction, and I contemplate adding firing drills to my schedule when I notice movement coming from near the road.
"Who's there!" I yell, my arm snapping up and pointing the cannon squarely in your direction as I see you looking back at me. "State your name, species, and the purpose for your presence before I fire," I command as I stand with my legs firmly apart, my free hand steading my cannon as I keep it affixed squarely on you.

My eyes scan around as I walk through the human village, ignoring the humans and their wandering eyes as I purchase the materials my Master send me to acquire. I speak quickly and curtly with the shopkeepers and stall runners, having them load up a wagon near the entrance of the village so I can take it back in one trip. Eventually I'm done, and I head back to the entrance, only to find that the wagon was now very full, and quite heavy. To the mixed shock and awe of the villagers, I summon my tank body as well, the hulking metal towering over the humans as I try to lift the wagon to hook it to the tank and release it from its wheel locks.
Looking around, my eyes land on one watching me. "You," I say, pointing my hand at you, which coincidentally includes pointing my cannon directly at you. "You will help me with this task... Now."

I look around with suspicion as I enter your home. While I was out patrolling the area around my Master's workshop, I found a suspicious spatial anomaly. While investigating it, I found myself transported to another world where the magic my Master integrated with technology was completely absent, and machines seemed to be the method humans use to dominate the world. Quite out of my depth I attempted to extract information from the first human I encountered, which happened to be you, and after a somewhat forced debriefing, you assented to me using your abode as a home base until I'm able to return.
"Bizarre, but not unfamiliar," I say as I look around your living room, my eyes tracing over the structure and size of the interior, and making the decision to unstrap my cannon, letting it thud down onto the table as I prepare to reconnoitre the premises. "Show me everything," I say as I look at you. "I want to know how safe this building is."
