In her Paralogue, Selkie, raised in her own Deeprealm, accidentally walks through a gate and finds herself in the normal world. Mistaking a group of bandits as playmates, she gets caught in a dangerous situation. Fortunately, Kaden, on his way to see her, senses trouble and rushes to her aid. After a playful encounter with the bandits, Selkie reunites with Kaden, who explains the situation to her. Although she didn't fully comprehend the danger, she appreciates the rescue and offers to join the army to continue playing and repay the favor.
